Various  bits  of pencil  FC,   small split  lower  spine, otherwise tight  and solid,  a few small  tears  along  spine  BC,  tight  with  white pages.

Continuation   of   the title  Ernie  comics,  there  are a  couple  holdover  teen humor  stories  in this  issue,   must've been  leftover inventory.

    $20 takes it.

    Women Outlaws 8

And  they  weren't  kidding!  Gotta  admire  (from   a distance)   a  woman outlaw  who  can  blaze  away  at  the  survivors  after  she
goes  turncoat  on her  cronies  and  tries  to  blow  them  all up,   lol

Reader  copy,   there's  a  1 x 2  piece  out of the BC  along  the spine,  just below  the  upper  staple.   Otherwise  some  general  wear.

Affordable  copy  of  a  lesser known  Fox  title.

    Asking  $20

I mentioned you and Flash Gordon in my thread, before seeing this.  I figured you were a Flash fan.  Do you collect Captain Action?  I have an incomplete Flash uniform -- one of these days I'm going to complete it.

Not into Capt. Action. About the time those came out I was more into chasing girls, working on motorcycles and playing in  rock band. I do buy them when I run into them cheap as they sell real well at shows to you "younger folks".

  4. Was digging in the "library" the other night and came across this book. Comics Between the Panels IMG_1902.thumb.jpg.81573192631204f6534208da59664713.jpgOne of my favorites. It is a "guide" to comic books. Everything is covered including artists, terms like "headlights", examples of old books and history. Legendary dealers and their finds are documented here. Best part is the stories of collecting comics before CGC, the internet, Ebay and the boards. Back when you had to go out and search them out. There are numerous stories of the discovery of collections. Some you have heard of and many you probably never heard of.

This is one of my favorite "comic book" books. Published by Dark Horse. VERY highly recomended. Once you start reading, it is very hard to put down. I would very much encourage anyone who does not have a copy to search it out. Here are some examples of the collection find stories.

Well finally got my FF 6 back today!  Here she is in all her glory.  CGC 6.5 Universal OW/WP. Highest universal on the census with the next being a 4.5.  I think the Berk was a restored 7.0.  It did come with a detached CF notation so not sure the point deduction for something like that.  I also have the 3 back which I will post later.

Man, what a pretty copy of a killer book! They sure hammer for a detached centerfold. These are the kind of books I love to buy!
