  3. Hi @mark1220, Thank you for your post. Please use the raw value of the card in its current condition. Good resources for determining the value of your cards are completed eBay auctions and the posted prices of large sports card dealers. CSG does not assign values to any cards.

  5. Hello @johnhal, Thank you for your post. Just to confirm, did you create your shipping kit order in the CCG shopify store? You will receive an email once the kit has been shipped that will provide the tracking number.
  6. Hi @Landon Jones, Thank you for your suggestions. We are always looking for ways to improve our submission form process and have some "fixes" in the pipeline which will speed up the form. Please note that some of the fields are optional and this may save you a bit of time to skip them. You may also use the Quick Submit option which is a very fast process for an additional $2 fee.

We are currently experiencing a brief backlog which is affecting this estimate and may cause a delay of a week or so.   10. Hi @LAgambit, Thank you for your post. While our database is very extensive, it is not a complete list. Please try to enter your cards to the best of your ability. The form will allow you to "freeform" type certain fields if needed. Please note that our experts will make any adjustments to the card details once they reach the grading phase.

  15. CSG has developed a proprietary algorithm to determine a card’s final grade based on its sub-grades. While we can’t reveal how we arrive at a final grade and sub-grades for a specific card, we can share some guidelines. First, it is important to note that the final grade is not simply an average of the sub-grades. Rather, it is based on numerous rules that are built into CSG’s proprietary systems and grading process. For example, the final grade can be no more than 1 point higher than the lowest sub-grade. In addition, if the two lowest sub-grades are the same, then that is the final grade for the card

  17. Hello @jdc112, Unfortunately, WGC cards do not qualify for the crossover service and will be considered "Raw" cards which means that CSG cannot honor the previous grade.

  22. I believe I may have misunderstood your initial question. Your submission has been received into the CSG system and the status is listed as "Received," in your Submission Tracking Page. Once the cards reach the graders and the details are confirmed, you will see an update in your submission tracking per the details below. Your submission is in queue for grading and everything is moving along as usual. The screenshot below can be found by click on the "Status Explanations" link at the right side of your submission tracking page.

  25. Hello @Robby Ryan, Thank you for your post. Attribute 1 & 2 are optional fields that will only apply for specific cards. In some cases, this field will be left blank. Our graders will make the final determination on the attribution and pedigree fields, if they are manually entered by the submitter.
