  1. So I see two recent 9.0 sales -- $923 shipped on eBay, and that was on ow/w, and $1005 on ComicLink, a red label with a cracked case and an ugly spine cut AND ow pages. So with that said, I am asking... $875 (shipping included)
  2. Hello again all. I'm on a nice little roll lately, so let's try to keep the good times going. I'm bringing back my blue label 9.0 copy of X-Men 94 to these here boards. Second appearance of the new X-Men team, third full appearance of Wolverine for my fellow Logan enthusiasts that are out there. What helps set this one apart just a tad bit from the rest of the pack are the superior spine cut and the white pages that it features. A lot of the copies that you'll see are misaligned to some degree. Why am I selling it? It's a luxury item right now , since I also have a Signature Series copy. Necessities: Payment: In addition to PayPal, I will also accept check/money order/Zelle, though the book will be held until clearance. Payment due within 10 business days. Shipping (domestic): USPS insured priority, medium flat rate box. Shipping cost is included in the book's price. International Shipping - at cost, minus the domestic shipping cost. Please inquire first for accurate pricing. Returns: No returns on CGC graded books unless I make an error in the listing or fail to disclose a problem. If by chance the USPS goes above and beyond to defeat my packaging and the slab is damaged in transit, prior to doing ANYTHING ELSE, save all the packing material and contact me. USPS regulations have been beefed up to require the packing material being available for inspection (pictures suffice based on experience) in order to file a proper insurance claim. On the HoS? Don't bother. Probation list? Message me first and we'll talk about your situation, but don't be overly optimistic. Can provide board references if needed (no name dropping here), and nearing 1700 positive eBay feedback as well -- https://feedback.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewFeedback2&userid=792mn Price and pictures below. Price is firm on this one as I'm pricing under recent sales while still netting my pocket a few bucks. Therefore, first wins.
  3. He just needs to add another line item to his menu of prices: - $100: Rob authorizes a CGC Deadpool label (per item)
  4. I just successfully blocked tucson_collectibles, just needed to be lower cased.
  5. I vaguely remember the previous gripe, but Tucson_Collectibles is coming up as invalid. Is the punctuation and case correct?
  6. Multiple investment minded professionals who care about capital gains, not comics, with established trust and a solid ownership contract in place amongst themselves could make this work. Multiple comic collectors? See the Simpsons clip above.
  7. That, and pulling chargeback scams. I’d suggest searching his name on here for some specific stories.
  8. Pricing $215 - New Mutants 98 $205 - New Mutants 87 $165 - Any other Deadpool item $155 - Any other Cable item $125 - All other items $100 - artist signature (per item) $75 - CGC (per item) $25 - Handshake with Rob $20 - Rob says "hi" to you $15 - Say "hi" to Rob $10 - Stand in Rob's line $5 - Look in Rob's direction
  9. Just another thing to keep in mind -- if I'm correct that you're proposal is riding off of the recent McFarlane signing -- McFarlane typically only does about one or two authorized Signature Series signings per year, and most, if not all, of those were through a particular facilitator that many people hold an extremely low opinion of. So McFarlane's private signing through CGC was a legitimately rare occurrence. Jim Lee and Rob Liefeld don't have any such restrictions on yellow label signatures, so there's no reason for CGC to go out of their way for those guys. Just be prepared to pay their ever increasing fees, be it in person or through a facilitator.
  10. They’ll do their utmost to force you to accept a return if the buyer opens a “not as described” case. From what I’ve heard, a lengthy amount of time on the phone can convince eBay to rule in your favor if the truth is on your side. It’s a lousy system. Almost forgot - in nad returns, eBay saddles the seller with return shipping. Making BmoGreen’s stunt even more low rent.
  11. So in summary: - you weren’t happy with the book... - RMA was willing to take it back for a refund... - and you chose option B, start an excrement show, instead? Good call I’m the first to admit I can be a total jag when dealing with “difficult” buyers on eBay, and even I would’ve taken this book back without a second thought. Why fight the path of least resistance here?
  12. Another ASM offering. Offered here is a raw copy of Amazing Spider-Man 82, appearance by Electro, with a fantastic cover by John Romita, Sr. I'm confident calling this one a Fine, 6.0, in its current condition. As you'll see from the photos, color breaking creasing is minimal for a book of this age (published 3/1970); however, there is a fairly significant amount of discoloration along the back cover spine. And to a lesser extent, some of this same staining is present on the right and lower edges of the front cover, though its harder to tell on the front due to all the rich colors. I don't want to speculate if a clean and press would have any affect on these. The book also exhibits some non-color breaking handling wear, which a press would probably improve. Book is complete, pages I would call off-white to white. I don't think my scanner did a good job when capturing the interior page sample (made the pages look a bit darker than they really are), but I've included it anyway. Asking $45 Necessities: Payment: In addition to PayPal, I will also accept check/money order/Zelle, though the book will be held until clearance. Payment due within 10 business days. Shipping (domestic): USPS priority flat rate envelope, included in price. Also includes insurance to $50. International Shipping - at cost, minus the domestic shipping cost. Please inquire first for accurate pricing. Returns: If we agree that I drastically screwed up on the grade or missed a glaring flaw, I will certainly take the book back and cover return shipping. On the HoS? Don't bother. Probation list? Message me first and we'll talk about your situation, but don't be overly optimistic. Can provide board references if needed (no name dropping here), and over 1700 positive eBay feedback as well -- https://feedback.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewFeedback2&userid=792mn First wins outright, offers by PM always welcome.
  13. Sold via PM! Thanks to all who took a look, and congrats @alexandergladd!
  14. I buy and sell for fun, and I deal with more than enough nonsense at my actual 9-5. So PITA buyers like you aren’t worth my time. “Oh no, the inner well shifts one quarter of an inch, give me $50 back or this hobby is forever ruined for me!” Spare me.
  15. I could have responded to his made up decimal point that I hope the eBay return window for that "PhD" is still open, but that would have been rude.
  16. Ranking the 10 films I’ve seen, ROS is 25th on my list.
