I was wondering what grade do you think this is? Would this benefit from a clean and a press? Would that increase the grade?
All comments are welcomed! Thanks!

What’s manga have to do with this comic?
Just included the reference to how the current landscape is regarding comics, notwithstanding the recent Punisher debacle CGC needs to hurry and encapsulate manga, too ~

Utterly brilliant

Given that CGC currently encapsulates video games and VHS tapes, I was curious whether CGC has plans for manga? Whether that be Weekly Shonen Jump or V Jump? Or if ever such an inclusion would have the same layout as CGC comics: key comments, art comments, etc.
Weekly Shonen Jump has the dimensions of B5: 18.2 × 25.7 cm; and V Jump is relatively similar ~

Ha! I highly doubt I’m second to Derek. Right, Ewan? And whoever is is waaayyy distant!
Modest haha and well true, not sure of Ewan's collection given how much he's sold ~ I'm sure you saw the recent comic that was sold at the weekend ...

Awesome stuff!

Looking at the CGC video game cases and now the VHS ones, makes me think one thing: CGC will be grading manga shortly

Watched Dredd (2012) recently, so - coupled with taking a break from Marvelman and seeing a few 2000 AD's sold across the North Atlantic - I thought I'd create a thread here. I have a little over 200 of these currently ~
Does anybody else here collect 2000 AD?
I’ll start off with with Progs 30-45 and a few others

Hey there ~
I know CGC has recently started encapsulating 2000AD comics, so I was curious whether - if submitted - they'd acknowledge the gift included with 2000AD #300. As the gifts from 2000AD #2 and #3 are recognised, and failure to include them results in a green-label been awarded. The 300th issue of 2000AD was originally distributed sealed with a Judge Dredd shield badge (as well as with a Prog #1 reprint cut-out):
SpoilerAdditionally: my proposed (updated) layout of 2000AD #300:
Issue Date: 1/83
Year: 1983
Publisher: IPC Magazines Ltd.
Country: United Kingdom
Key Comments: Distributed with Judge Dredd shield badge and Prog #1 reprint cut-out.
Art Comments: Alan Grant, John Wagner, Gerry Finley-Day, and Chris Lowder stories;
Ian Gibson, Alan Davis, Ron Smith, Mike Dorey, and Brett Ewins art.

Could use a cleaning........looks like fanned pages.......not sure how to grade this.......the paper looks like newspaper as opposed to something glossy....don't know how it would be impacted by cleaning and or press......someone who knows what they are talking about will be along soon enough.
Thanks a lot :3
