  1. It was just a small point that I initially made; it didn't bare repeating. It isn't going to make a difference to a hill of beans. And no Defamation doesn't have to be "false"
  2. I really need to stop, it isn't as much fun if no one agrees with you, or it is as obvious as the nose on your face, I've made my point and time to move on
  3. "I'm sorry did you say CGC get a new slab or else, in the arse by a country mile? " to paraphrase Jay and Silent Bob ending THE NOIVE~!!! As far as "teaching video?" I'm sorry the certain degree of oven heat to crack a slab wasn't "instructional at all!" It, twas pure entertainment, it should be up for a golden globe!
  4. No worries. He's got a point on first amendment and intent. Although we all know the intent I said pennywise and pound foolish imo I like you wasn't trying to argue or reply from my perspective prove a point, it's just something I wouldn't do.
  5. Trade off for "making the video" seems weak. I was just sticking my slab in the oven officer everyone does it! 1st amendment or not against a billion dollar company
  6. Still waiting for the "intent!" And I hope you get your story straight, as you may need to testify on his behalf as just a "crack out video" Despite the pages of how everyone else took it, including you, saying CGC fix your slab or else. @agamoto
  7. Ok explain to me the intent of the video? Would @William-James88 have used it to get his raw out? The intent is so plain to see. Maybe you think he skirted the issue while still getting "the point 👉 across?" I really don't understand why you of all people would defend them. Everyone knows why the video was posted. It is all hear plain as day, if you think a jury will think why these videos appeared while this YouTuber is aware of the scam and all the people in comments in this thread point otherwise, then I don't want you as my lawyer
  8. Just to further clarify, instead of edit. When that video was posted here, it was the OOh Wow this is how they did it and all it takes posted with the video. You could argue what was "said in the video" but the intent was clear enough from the video to post here with the tagline, "how the scammer did it and how easy it is, fix it CGC "or else eek because now that this video is out there everyone knows" If you don't think that CGC will guard it's revenue against such, then you're on your own
  9. In short people could call it myth busters or true crime TV shows but that this is being blindly accepted as just another day around the campfire just made me scratch my head. Any video on 'how to do a crime, especially one that is under investigation" Hit me as iffy at best. If not well hey, call me more wary or ignorant either one.
  10. Well ya, that is the discussion these vidoes are having it would be weird to think ( if you've watched some of them) that it is just how to deslab and get the raw. That isn't what "these videos" discuss, and I shouldn't have to clarify. Not saying "CGC will" but they have every right too. And that is all I have to say about that but thanks to the precious videos, that are "MUST SEE" AND OH WOW"! I now know how to do it too, and I wish I didn't
  11. Except that is not at all what he describes in the video. "how to swap! This is how he did it! crime 1" this is how you and the world can do it too!" this is the specific oven degree to get past CGC!""" What you're trying to describe is, "hey I accidentally put my cgc slab in the oven and it cracked I wonder CGC will notice" Which of these sound absurd to you? More importantly which do you think a jury will believe
  12. I'm not saying CGC "will" I'm saying, "CGC has the right to" They stand to lose revenue because of this, already up in arms and to poke the bear is silly. "Oh you're up on charges for tampering with CGC cases? I got to get me some of that!" 1st day in sentence, "what are you in for?.... "oh money laundering scamming a billion dollar business out of their main source of income" 2nd day of sentence, "what are you in for?, "oh I should everyone with a click on the internet to do what that guy did, making no money except as a youtuber to show how I'm clever and smart I am.
  13. Lets put it this way CGC is debating doing legal action against said scammer, and your 1st thought is, "well I'm going to do exactly the same thing, but in the name of "good?" Pennywise pound foolish @CGC Mike if CGC prosecutes this individual, I wouldn't be surprised if they sent these Youtubers a cease and desist at the very least. Don't youtubers "get paid" if they reach enough likes and subscribes? I mean that just makes the prosecution so much easier and worse. I'm just a post in the wind, take heed or don't, it's up to you carry on
  14. These boards are a privilege not a "right" The fact that people can contact cgc at all isn't an entitlement. It is optics for CGC and I wouldn't plug yourself and everyone else in the foot just to prove how "smart you are" If the lock was under contract! Am straight. No one gets away with videos of how to break into bank vaults. CGC is all rights and perpetuity, and if you mess with that, you're the same as the scammer imo
  15. I showed someone that just this morning Internet makes a small world!
  16. That IS disturbing. His last name is not Crayon Wait are we saying heritage listed it with that error in spelling? That's funny, but I'd be ticked if I was the seller. Imagining googling Clayton crayon to see if you wanted to bid on this. It's funny but it's not.
  17. Credit to @DC# I screenshot from the six figure thread. For some odd reason I didn't "think it was too big a drop this time," just forgot specific numbers. Only dropped 1k not too bad
  18. So it only dropped 1k from four to five months ago, which is close to why I thought it wasn't so bad
  19. Here are the actual last results just before this was 131k @Microchip I went and checked the TMNT thread and I misquoted, the spike was $250 k not 150k
  20. I thinking it'll perform like a lot of the big books, with regular peaks and troughs on prices. $132k is a long way off from the high of $250K Ya I thought the last was $120k, so I actually thought it had improved, until in the tmnt thread I saw the last was $150k. It actually didn't do too bad.
