  1. Because I've posted a lot of fun, inexpensive stuff over the past two nights, I want to remind all you big-game hunters out there that these four books are inexplicably still available, early in the thread. Prices have been slashed again; see the second post for recap, or their individual postings:
  2. Okay gang, further price cuts were just completed, and some books saw their first price cuts. (All those $10 silver age Archies went to $5). That's all I'm posting to this thread, and I'll be closing it tomorrow night. PM's remain encouraged 'til the very end; I'm viewing a small stack of GA next Thursday and rumor has it there may be a Green Hornet #1 in there! Therefore, I am motivated to move what is here. Thank you very much to all buyers, lookers and threadkrappers thus far; please keep it up thru the closing tomorrow night
  3. Next up will be a couple of B&W reprints of some great GA stuff, then I am slashing prices from earlier in the thread...some for a second time
  4. Archie at Riverdale High #97, about a 4.5. Another early Cheryl Blossom. Archie challenges Jason Blossom to take on Jughead in an eating contest. $5
  5. Traded the Gaiman Sandman keys and a mid-grade Star Wars #1. Everybody was happy.
  6. Happy to be able to revive this thread in the proper manner
  7. Thx for posting this, Rick! Been wondering what exactly it was that was motivating the release of some of these...there's plenty of books going here that no one I know would mind keeping a second undercopy of, but now your release of them makes sense. Congrats on these additions.
  8. The Black Hole movie adaptation, 1979 Golden Books (Gold Key imprint) graphic novel; cardboard cover, square bound. Would be VF but foxing and residue from price sticker removal. $5
  9. Anyone else plan on going (Nov. 5)?
  10. I apologize for being slow to reply....lay four silver age comics two by two, and you've got the footprint. It's silver, not bronze (1967 I think without looking) and contains art from Wally Wood, Lou Fine, Virgil Finlay and John Stanley. Very cool book
  11. Starstream #1-4 (complete set) from 1976. These gems are 68 pages each with cardboard covers. These are all probably in the 7.5 range. $15 for the set.
  12. Buck Rogers #'s 2,3 and 4 in Fine 6.0 range. I would have placed them in 7.0 range but for the foxing on covers. These were from the estate of a long-time collector and I they spent too long with the same boards. They deserve a good home so let's say $7 for ll three as a set. (These came out in 1979 due to a then-new movie, about 15 years after the one-shot 1964 Gold Key #1.)
