  1. Nice isn't it. But it's a reprint, not a first printing price variant. You knew that though I'm sure. Still nice either way. What does the splash page look like PPP? Never seen inside one
  2. I like the simplicity of that. You've really captured her spirit there
  3. Cheers Ness. I'm only going to include them on the spreadsheet when I have a picture though - otherwise we lose track. So post pics please if you have them!
  4. You're saying Bungle was straight Ken!?
  5. Cheers guys! Nice to get some feedback. The Rawhide's look great don't they, all lined up in their temporary stickered bag tombs. When I finally complete the set, and have updated the summary sheet, they're all going into permanent double mylar tombs with triple boards, labels and everything. When I'm gone, mebbe someone will discover them one day and say "What in the cotton picking name of Kid Colt Outlaw are these varmints?". Mebbe
  6. You'd have more fun playing a game of kerplunk Voord.... Save yourself the bother. This is not Doctor Who. It hasn't advanced the character one iota in seven episodes . More life in Capaldi's eye brows.
  7. I'm watching this week's episode now, live. Half way through. There was a scintilla of emotion in lasts weeks Punjab episode which resonated with me, if I'm honest, due to recent experiences. The previous weeks I stopped watching half way through. I've never done that before. Back to this week's episode. It is so boring I could pass out. I want the person who created the constant insipid back ground music tried for war crimes. Well, it's an assault on my ears. I don't know who JW is trying to be, but I don't recognise her character as the Doctor. At all. She is irritating and without any air of authority or history. I don't see that changing alas. This take on the show is horrible. Truly horrible. I could take to Yaz, we're she a lone companion to a different Doctor under a different production team. I think she'd actually be better than Jodie as the lead. Like that would ever happen. What a sorry state of affairs. Cancellation beckons.....
  8. Looks like a manufacturing glitch to me. Quite common. Similar examples in this thread : I like it
  9. BLACK FURY! Neigh! (translation: "I wouldn't exactly say furious, that's a bit of an overstatement. But I am quite annoyed you know") "Is this the end of Black Fury?" "Neigh!" "A boy...a horse...and tragedy...This story will clutch at your heart....the right way" "Neigh!" (translation: "Never mind all that, this cover is miscut!") "You sole my mare...you stampeded our horses...you ruined me...but now I'm going to get even!" "Neigh!" (translation: "Yeah, alright mate. Chill out") "That black devil won't get away from me again! I'll give him the lead cure" "Neigh!" (translation: "Get f***** mate") BLACK FURY!
  10. Morning I've made a start on logging what AUS price variants exist for Marvel, using the same approach, files and capture spreadsheet that I have for documenting pence variants. The spreadsheet looks like this (a work in progress): ...and each book I find an image of will live in a folder like so: It will take some time to populate it all. We know when they started, and when they ended. So I will need to capture every title Marvel produced during that time frame. Once complete, it should show us: How many titles exist within the anticipated date range of Jan 1991 - Nov 1996 inclusive Whether they have AUS copies How many AUS copies exist vs the volume of comics within the date range Gaps (it looks like all books stopped at March 1994 / restarted in February 1996 for example) I've added where the months have two copies - Early / Late etc. Not all books followed that format, and its interesting to see how it unfolds as the sheet gets populated. I'm going to spend some time on ebay Australia, and other sites. I've added every book posted here and will add any more as they are posted. Dive in guys, if you have anything to add @nesqrick2 @Shawn Low
  11. Courtesy of an online tutorial from a five year old! @Duffman_Comics
  12. I've never seen that site before Bob. Are you a member? Wonder what additional info it holds. The prices for #13 are a bit up and down aren't they.
  13. Lizard2 is it not that time of year your more cheerful brother shows up. Fixed that for you

  15. Quick, Get your scissors out. They'll be cents copies before you know it.
  16. Did your 8 year old brain ponder also the mystery of the Lady from Nowhere? Now that's going to be a tough assignment for Doctor Strange. Think about it; she is from nowhere.
  17. One 60 is indeed old, but the other one and the 61 and 62 are new in
