I must admit this is one of the things that frustrates me.  Some books on ebay are not graded correctly.  An issue with a missing centerfold will not be bid on fairly if the flaw is not identified.  I did see a book that I might have bid on if the price were lower.  I am showing example pages and a copy that I have which has the centerfold

Agreed, there was a More Fun 34 on EBay that had a wrong interior  in it. I alerted they buyer five days before the auction ended. They ignored me and it sold for 125 ( I believe) it was noted as incomplete. I think if they would have been honest it would have sold for about half that. Hopefully the new buyer paid attention and at least knew what they were buying. Seller was cliffbutternut, if anyone has had any dealings with him.

    That came out awesome!

I need to do this as well. Mine has amateur resto I would love to get rid of.

Even when I had the whole run from 52 to 81 I was missing the 53! @Robot Man

I have a 53, it’s not great but it is whole. I have not been able to  one across a 54 in my range and have only seen very few 56 for sale and I think all were incomplete. It is a tough run for sure!

  4. If all collectibles are “worth what someone is willing to pay for it” then I would think just numbers of responses would have answered your question. I think the pool of potential buyers down the road is much bigger for a full book than a single page no matter how cool. Keys and classic covers do seem to have more long term appeal especially with the current tendency to slab the book where only the cover is visible. Just my 2c

All  right  gang,   time  to get UGLY!

I still  have  twenty   ugly  books  to  work  through,   so  let's  get  started  and  tear  through  them.

    Star Spangled  Comics 94

Coverless,   CFO,  but  the Robin  story (with  Batman  featured)  is  complete,  as  is the  Manhunter  story and  the Tomahawk  tale in the back.
Plenty  of  wear,   couple  pieces out  RH  edge  P 1,  one of  which  barely  brushes  the art.

    Nice  reader  for $5

I have had this coverless copy of Flash #104 for probably 40+ years and never been able to find a cover. Probably never will but it is such a great book none the less. Scarce last issue, origin Flash retold, and great Kubert Hawkman!

That might be one of the best coverless book ever.  Great splash page!
