    Does that mean you want more?! Here's the second worst grade. Not happy with that "brittle" notation, but it looks good in the case.

    My books arrived!!! I suppose I'll start with my lowest grade. Amazing that CGC fit this oversized issue into that case.

    That was the second copy I've seen for sale (been at this for about ten years). I think the sale price is high, but the historical "norm" for me would put that book around $125. The good ole' days are gone... I'm not sure I'll be able to finish my sets at this rate. We were just talking about that one being pretty scarce (on some page in this thread...). I need a copy. Anyone want to help me out?

    The 6.5 that sold on Comiclink in September went for $4,766 (if you were not watching that auction...) My copies are all beat. Maybe I'll get one back from Sarasota today? Tracking seems to say it will be so.

    I want to wait for my books to be in-hand so the grades will be a surprise, but I did take a peek at the census for TLP9. There's a 6.0 that I don't recall seeing previously.

    Isn't that amazing?! Unfortunately, it looked like there was only one action page. Still a good deal - if you are able to afford the bulk purchase price.

    HA! Isn't that the truth. My early September submission is just now "shipped/safe". It has been difficult waiting to share... Fourteen new Baker books on the census.

    It seems to me that the background figures in the Quality books look exactly like Baker figures, but the foreground figures are missing something...

    I think if he hadn't cast her lower torso in shadow it would rank higher for me. That is why I like it more than others!

    So I spent a few hours last night trying to make the poll on an external site, but I messed up somewhere and it does not work correctly. It was meant to allow ten choices, but instead it only allows one.     Bad news, people. The poll function only allows a list of up to 20 "options/questions". I couldn't even get to the end of "Diary Secrets" alphabetically. I'll look for an external site that allows a larger pool of choices, and if I am successful I will provide a link in this thread.

    That is a big problem with TAR 31. I've only seen one or two copies that have nice centering, and with the word balloon on the far left side it really ruins the visual appeal on mis-centered copies. I checked my other Secrets copy , and it looks as if I have more of the woman in that one. Wouldn't it be wonderful to see the original full-bleed artwork?!! Maybe I'll photoshop together the cut margins of my copies and have a nice full poster image printed...
