The missing pieces/chunk on the back look more than production related. The top back left for instance may have had a "hanger" than was torn off at some later point. My feeling is the book is 7.0 due to the missing pieces although from the front it presents in high grade.

Larger the bubble, the larger the burst. Expect ramifications to continue into the next decade. How long it lasts thereafter depends on amount of attrition that ultimately occurs.

However Logic is not often employed in the modern world especially by the LIV's - which make up a high amount of Social Media followers (aka those influenced) The following is plausible: As word spreads and it will, those LIV's will interpret the situation wrong. Thus ALL Versions of ASM300, ASM194, Hulk 340, SW8 and others including possibly Hulk 181 will become varying degrees of toxic to them for an unknown amount of time. Of course I may be wrong, as the numbers flow into GPA and GoCollect we shall see... who knows this may be good for other books that previously lacked attention like DC's We'll ok probably not DC's...

Lowering standards is the fastest and most foolish way to become irrelevant. If you want to compete with PSA you must be just as if not MORE harsh as they are! It will take time but as Collector perception improves, then cements, FMV's thus subs will follow. Collector's perception is very slow to change, at least in a positive direction, to truly compete with PSA a 5-7 year plan is required. A plan that must include strict + consistent standards. If CGC is doing this then Kudos. P.S. Beckett and SGC + others have tried loose standards, thus they are no longer any actual competition to PSA. They are bottom feeders feeding solely on PSA's poop .

Depends on the Pedigree and year of the book. Example - I've a bunch of early Bronze Oakland's all purchased raw less than a handful of weeks after the collection was discovered. At best ~25% of Oakland's are White Pages. But something about that Pedigree I really like and prefer ow/w to a no name w. There is no wrong or right way to collect for yourself. However there are more and less smug ways to do so

Thanks. ~75% of the PROPS goes to @Still Only 35c I kind of like the round, to me it fits better on the Spidey Covers, but I do prefer the Starburst. I have both a sweat-shirt and t-shirt with the Still 35c in Starburst. Forget where online I found them about 7 years back.
