That Infinity Gauntlet page is already at $5,055. Any guesses on where it ends up?
Same page sold on heritage in 2014 for 4k
looks like the owner made a wise investment. Probably a few interested parties threw down big bids, causing early spike, will be interesting to see if the bids level off or keep climbing. I predict 7-8k

Does comiclink use a system similar to comic connect at the end of their auction for 'extended bidding'? Where as if a bid is placed with under 2 minutes to go , it goes into extended time of an additional two minutes every time another bid is placed ?

Wow! Sweet book, sir!
I haven't seen Harley since the last year of Wondercon at the Moscone Center. Wish he had a real website.
Thanks. He s at fan expo this weekend in Toronto. And it would be amazing if he had a website. However , no matter what I ask for , he always finds it for me

Hmm, cover, 1st, 2nd, 3rd wraps and centerfold is certainly a good portion of the comic. That still leaves a lot of the book though I believe. I'll say it sells for about $25K, give or take several thousand.
I was a player right up to $3500 lol, also on the auction are coverless captain America comics 1, and superman 1. It s tempting to go after cap 1 and begin the quest for a cover

I would do just about anything to get a Tec 27, even just a page.
Have you seen the one that's up for auction in the comicconnect auction?

im very curious to see what this will go for given that a large portion of the book is reproductions

Looks that way, I was somehow completely unaware of it when we were planning and booking this trip
Those of you that have been or are in the know, what is the general opinion of Fan Expo? It has simply never been on my radar as we rarely visit Canada.
It's definitely worth a stop . Probably the largest convention in canada

They are cool, last month my 'box' arrived completely destroyed by usps / Canada post , customer service said they would send a replacement one, currently waiting on that

Who's Tommy B ?
What's the Diamond Run ? What grade was the AF15 copy ?
The first 3 9.6s, who sold which ?
Useless info like that that any GA collector would know.
I for one would genuinely like to hear all about the answers to those questions

waaFirst major book I bought too was an AF 15 CGC 5.0 with some chipping. Was so happy and nervous at the same time waiting for the book to be delivered to me. Paid a paltry 2500 and I was around 22.
What year was that in?

Hi everyone,
My name is Landon and I'm 27 years old, owning a AF15 has been a real dream/goal of mine for a LONG time. I've been a huge SM fan my whole life. This was the perfect copy for me and I love it so much!
I want to thank the seller Bunky Brian, he helped me out a lot and was very informative and patient.
Glad to be in the club.

That's a nice looking book! Af15 was always a goal of mine to obtain when I was growing up also, I think I was about your age as well when I first got one. Enjoy it and welcome to the club!

I'm curious also as to if there have been other accounts of people attempting to sell counterfeit cgc graded books
