  1. Neither Danvers nor Warlock should heavily contribute to victory. It would be nice if they both make a push in the right direction. Maybe Warlock is in the Soul Stone and has to tell the heroes that a sacrifice is required to be able to use the Soul Stone? Red Skull won't be there to tell them this. How will they figure it out? I know that Gunn demanded that Warlock doesn't fully appear until GotG Vol 3. I find it very, very, unlikely that he appears. Since Gunn was still on-board during principle photography, I would basically guarantee that he doesn't have a major impact in Endgame.
  2. If Warlock comes in and saves the day, then this isn't really a "culmination of a decade". "We gotta finish this", says Stark. The big players who have more emotional ties to the audience are the ones that have to be the center of most everything. Kinda how Gauntlet was playing out - layers and layers of offense. The Original 6 have to be the center of attention, with other guys playing a part, because they lost with the numbers they already had. Thanos was on a smash and grab. Now he doesn't have an objective. The heroes do. They weren't prepared and now they have a chance to put together a game plan and 'make it right'.
  3. Doesn't really make sense. She calls him "Adam" in the GotG V2 credit scene. Again, disputing nothing concrete, though. Swapping character's genders doesn't interest me.
  4. I never said that I want Warlock to swoop in and save the day. Adding both Captain Marvel and him to the puzzle isn't a bad idea. A single character shouldn't make a difference. They could also define what Warlock can and cannot do, as opposed to revealing no limits of Danvers in her solo film. This is all disputing something that isn't concrete. Danvers is in Endgame. I would guess that Warlock is not.
  5. Ant-Man was an OG Avenger, though. Marvel has always had better C-list heroes than DC, IMO.
  6. Adam Warlock is an A-list character when it comes to the Infinity series, though...
  7. None that I know of. There's not much reason to like him other than how important he was in the Infinity Trilogy. IMO he'd be a replacement for Vision.
  8. Others will disagree, but I would love Warlock to be involved in The End. Maybe part of the reason that it's a 3-hour run time is because of his introduction and scope of influence on the outcome. It's going to great no matter what, though, I think. Edit: In the "Thanos Won" TV Spot, Tony Stark has a golden glow upon his face...
  9. The OP you shared would be awful - if it is Captain Marvel. Your "spoiler" question would be intriguing - while I don't think he'll make an appearance in this one.
  10. This week in my no-picture TPB collection update : Superman: The Golden Age Vol. 2 Superman: The Golden Age Vol. 3 Superman: The Golden Age Vol. 4 I have my eye on a good haul for next week, though...
  11. Find them, return the books, and bust out the guillotine.
  12. You don't have to go to conventions to learn about acetate covers... Or anything...
  13. I don't really like the, "because you have me" comment. Seems like they're trying to push her into the arrogant Tony Stark role, and it just doesn't work. To be fair, I wouldn't like it if Thor had said it, either (especially with his character growth over the last decade). You had dozens of heroes battling Thanos, and it's gonna take more than 1 hero who thinks she's extra special to defeat him this time around. Danvers basically just replaces Maximoff this time around. They already lost with a McGuffin byproduct in the lineup. There's confidence, and then there's cockiness and overconfidence. The former is great, and the latter is annoying. Don't give us an annoying hero who's allegedly going to lead Phase 4.
  14. Wu-Tang Clan ain't nothin' to ____ with.
