  1. Wow! Where did you find that if you don't mind me asking?
  2. Anyone know whether this is a defect that could possibly deteriorate/spread over time in a slab? I'm referring to transfer staining on a front cover from the splash page bleeding through. Could this mean the area on the page that is bleeding through is smudged or smeared somehow? I don't know if the color makes any difference, I'm wondering specifically about red. From what I understand of it, this usually happens over time due to certain storage conditions? Appreciate it and thanks very much in advance for any responses!
  3. If you mean the last one it's a small flip top cup from Ebay. Its smaller than I thought but still practical.
  4. My absolute favorite Ross Andru cover. That Goblin face is killer!💥💥
  5. X-men #94 CGC 9.6 ow/w ending Thursday night 3/24 ASM #49 CGC 6.5 WP yellow label John Romita ending 4/6 Thank you very much for looking and best of luck if bidding!!
  6. Not bad from last week. https://www.comiclink.com/auctions/item.asp?back=%2FAUCTIONS%2FSEARCH.ASP%3FFocusedOnly%3D1%26where%3Dauctions%26title%3DGiant%2Bsize%2Bx%2Dmen%2B%231%26ItemType%3DCB%26CGC%3DYES%26CBCS%3DYES%23Item_1553312&id=1553312&itemType=0
  7. It's all fascinating! Thanks! How about Kirby really flipping out after FF 67 when he wanted to steer Him into being more a villain type then having Stan veto that. Notice a lag time between appearances between FF67 and the casket in Thor.

  9. FF46 9.2 just had a blowout auction on HA Sunday night somewhere around 3700. Some other stuff I was tracking was on high side but nothing way out like that. Unless something happened recently on Clink that's more than double recent GPA FMV.
  10. Very cool setting there man! Very cool everything...and the shirt too 🤟. I'm so paranoid I couldn't have a slab out in the sun even for a moment lol. Well anyway as for south Florida, the last time we had serious cold was early 2010 when my car froze over in the morning. It was quite a memorable experience.
  11. If you search sold listings on Ebay does your book still show up? I mean in such cases I don't know how GPA could track non payers without the book being re listed? Usually GPA takes down a sale as soon as it gets relisted by the same seller after being "sold". These fake sales would happen routinely with IH181 some time ago, probably still does. I remember posting in frustration it was the most fake sold book in the history of comics.
  12. I thought it was noted here but I think there was one or two 9.8s for 48k in January sold on HA.
  13. Yeah if that happens I hope they make an attempt to use the original yellow/brown look here.
  14. It's the single highest graded UK copy out of a very low census total. It looks like a tight grade with perfect centering and WP so it may actually be a bargain. All early FFs are in the same category as Ditko ASMs on a straight line up since the pandemic.
  15. The venom page from 299 with a Mcfarlane sig in a slab might be more appealing than the slabbed book. Unless it's a 9.8.
  16. Any observations from HA over weekend? Just tracking this one FF29 early Watcher app. Not surprisingly It ended at 1,320 more than double last GPA high but that was a year ago. Anything standout to anyone? https://comics.ha.com/itm/silver-age-1956-1969-/superhero/fantastic-four-29-marvel-1964-cgc-vf-nm-90-white-pages/a/122206-11412.s
