  1. https://www.myslabs.com/slab/view/750438/ https://www.ebay.com/itm/275350547601?mkcid=16&mkevt=1&mkrid=711-127632-2357-0&ssspo=J4dc-ZPjSb2&sssrc=2349624&ssuid=J4dc-ZPjSb2&var=&widget_ver=artemis&media=COPY Thank you for looking!
  2. I'd be remiss if I didn't weigh in with this on occasion. Man do I love this cover!!
  3. These types of shenanigans go on fairly often with Hulk 181 in particular. People attempting to manipulate the market down with phony sales. I mean it is conceivable this is some newb on Ebay but I'd suspect it's fake.
  4. Always with the eagle eyes 😂. I'd speculate more to do with the feedback and the tendency of Ebay being a lousy auction platform for high dollar books. We see that type of micro slab issue quite often. I don't know If I'd call it terribly uncommon.
  5. More of a general observation but had this one in mind. There's no way that copy should be anywhere under 30k at the least. Even including the tax hit it's still low.
  6. Man these Ebay auctions are absolutely brutal if you're on the selling side! YIKES 😱 🥶! Anyone out there hunting for a bargain?...throw in a bid on Ebay.
  7. I'd still want to see it with the hologram to be sure. The black spidey and the DD would still be obscured and maybe the Doom one as well. It would help if cgc would show them with the hologram in place.
  8. The last 0.5 incomplete GPA went for around 200 last March but it had some pages missing not story related. It also had tape attaching the cover/first pages and somehow managed a universal label. That seems to be the lowest of the incomplete blue label 0.5. The other recent ones but without tape, just pages missing were ~400 give or take. There is significant difference between early and late 2021 though.
  9. Are these books related to the original series episodes or different storylines altogether? I'd be curious if there's an issue that involves the "corbomite" episode where little Clint Howard appears? Well anyway, I wish they hadn't canceled it when they did. That was probably one of the dumbest cancellations ever! The show easily had a couple more good seasons to run.
  10. Their giant marketplace has something to do with that. I just wish more comics people (outside these boards) bothered to check where to buy outside feebay once in a while. Might be worth the effort just to avoid the sales tax alone. And yes they do take a cut of the shipping price as well. I've sold a good number of books on Ebay while listing them elsewhere for less. I'll put something on the Clink exchange to barely get a sniff while I get 5 offers on feebay at a higher price + sales tax. An ASM 129 9.6 I'd sold not too long ago comes to mind.... sold it on Ebay when it could've been had for considerably less on Myslabs! Well anyway Its enough to drive ya batty
  11. Yes the final value fee in the United states Increased from a base 12.55% to 12.9% for "non store" sellers who don't wish to pay a 28 dollar monthly store subscription. I think it was increased last February for the "collectibles comics" category. So essentially if you're a casual seller only listing something occasionally it's nearly 13%. If you sell through global shipping program its another 1.65% on top of that. Finally, if you sell something for over 7,500 dollars that's another ~2.5% fee tacked on to the 12.9%. So if you're selling something for 7500+ internationally from the US without a store subscription be prepared to be fleeced! Anyone who thinks this is excessive should try and buy from places like Myslabs who only charge a nominal fee. I can say for sure, that's the first place I look when searching for something!
  12. If one of the front teeth were missing in the superman image, it might have been infringement.
  13. https://www.myslabs.com/slab/view/684315/ https://www.ebay.com/itm/275294291074?mkcid=16&mkevt=1&mkrid=711-127632-2357-0&ssspo=J4dc-ZPjSb2&sssrc=2349624&ssuid=J4dc-ZPjSb2&var=&widget_ver=artemis&media=COPY https://www.comiclink.com/itemdetail.asp?id=1578119 The slab has some scuffing on the bottom edge but not visible from the front or back. It is only noticeable when turning the slab enough to look directly at the bottom edge. Otherwis no problems. Thanks for looking!

  15. I'd prefer the 50 but as another poster said...go with what your gut tells you as a collector not investor. Maybe ask yourself who's artwork you like better would help? Ditko or Romita.
  16. Well English is my primary since I'm raised in the US, though the older family members are mainly Spanish speaking. I find them interesting but probably not enough to seek them out for collecting. I do have a friend who's from Argentina and fluent in Spanish. He's reeely reeely into La Prensa copies of anything Spidey! Infact I didn't even know Gwen married Peter Parker in the Mexican version until he told me. I suppose if I'd been raised in that area like he was/had more exposure to them I'd be collecting them.
  17. Real nice man! Interesting they didn't use "La lagartija" in place of "lagarto"? My family is primarily Spanish speaking and lagarto is never used. It actually could mean alligator.
