Can't call myself an expert but absolutely, lots of Barks collectors out there, so his comics are worth more. He did most of the classic early stuff.

One of my favorite issues. Love this story and have always thought that Barks writing beats any super hero bash fest hands down.

Kudos to Heroes Haven. First time I've bought of the board, way better experience than most Ebay purchases. Five accurately graded Amazing Spidermans between issue 200 and 300 and two accurately graded Hulks. Packing-bagged and boarded, bubble wrapped, all protected in a big box full of peanuts. One week delivery. Thanks Brian private message me when you have another sales thread. All you other guys, Heroes Haven sucks, don't buy off him, avoid like the plague, he hates dogs and loves snakes. I don't want any competition when he is selling.

That's true but it was very early on. How much have they changed since the end of the Silver Age? Every time a writer tries to show some character growth in Johnny Storm for example, the next writer comes along and regresses him to being an immature fool. I guess at least they don't need a deal with Mephisto to wipe out any progress. True they are pretty well locked in time. Tho they did have the She Hulk, Black Panther Medusa changes to their lineup. Of course any change was short lived.
