  1. That's hilarious. Can we just ignore him? The same Automatic Comics doosh that did this: Guy is a dope. We've already seen that he, as Automatic Comics, stole info from comicwiz in his comments, deleted them,, and stated it was his discovery
  2. The filing is 27 pages in total (comes up when you try to access on PACER). Don't think he's covered all of it but maybe the most important parts. @comix4fun Do you have access to this, Chris?
  3. No positive ID on her. But Bill is going to figure out how he found an image on some site that identifies them both on facebook, any minute now.
  4. I think that's them creating a business (LLC) in VT. That's pretty interesting, and coincidentally, the owner of CBS also filed in NY for a new LLC in early December. TC Comics. December 18th, 2023. 3 days before Ulises and Bree. https://apps.dos.ny.gov/publicInquiry/

  6. What was the search engine? Where did you enter the name?? Tic Toc? Google? Yahoo? Duck duck go?
  7. Looks like there is another action against them, filed on 12/23, by an unrelated company in vermont. https://www.bizapedia.com/vt/lakoda-mountain-house-llc.html
  8. There is a Facebook picture of Ulises Zanello with a woman whose first name is Brea. I have no computer skills and it took me thirty seconds to find it. What search engine did you use? Google? What words did you use in the search? It was obvious 5 weeks ago, that Bree Ashley was Bree Riva's facebook identity, and Zanello does not have one.
  9. A Ulises Zanello graduated from Middlebury College in 2003, and CGC was sent a photo of a guy at NYCC wearing a Middlebury College jacket and working for Comic Book Station. 2019, I think. I would think there's a semi remotely decent chance it's him.
  10. every time that I see a comment like this, my mind goes immediately to the fact that it has been discovered that multiple Incredible Hulk 181s, in blue label slabs, have been determined to have originally been qualified books in green label slabs. Probably a little too early in this process to categorize anything in general terms.
  11. That's certainly part of the reason that they would be asking for receipts to document any sales. It sounds though, like they better be doing a cost/benefit analysis of requiring them.
  12. what's amazing to me, is that with all of the innuendo, and investigative details that have appeared in this thread, there hasn't been one time that someone has come on here, and said something like: "whoa, just read the thread. I'm not sure if you guys are insinuating that "Joe Blow" is involved, with these anonymous eBay sellers that were mentioned here, but I can tell you, I have known him for 20 years, and I can vouch for his integrity." "Hang on a second, I will direct him here, and I'm sure he will be able to answer any questions that you have." I can tell you this much, one of his employees, at one point in the last year started a thread on these boards, about a theft that occurred involving their store. The activity of that username, quickly disappeared. I would put the chances at zero, that they are not aware of what a big issue this is considering the mentions that many of us have gotten on many of the YouTube videos regarding this. if you are concerned about collectors, I would advise you to take a look on GPA, and how few of these books are currently selling. The only other thing I would advise is to be grateful for the people on here that have spent an enormous amount of their time, trying to make sure that the mastermind behind this is held accountable.
  13. He mentioned raw, in 2007. If it was just graded now, there may have been substantial changes in the condition in 16 years. If he doesn't have documented evidence from recently of what it looked like before he sent it in, and he can't even tell from looking at it if it's even his, it's probably not going to help much.
  14. Yes but..... Using (abusing) the exact same reholder system for said crime, they had to be involved in some way to be doing the exact same thing, so they are very very related if not part of it. Might be part of accepting holders that are damaged for reholder, because we now know the wife worked at conventions and even involved in receiving comic books...which is interesting. Nobody knows. What is going on in this case, goes back much further than their hire dates at CGC. It easily could be other people there involved in the past, but we can't say anything definitively yet.
  15. Sorry meant to say all 3 sides, lol. It was such an annoying experience. I have an original owner () ASM 122 with plenty of pieces sticking out from the spine that could be trimmed if I wanted to.
  16. She sold this in November. https://www.cgccomics.com/certlookup/4315025006/ on ebay. https://www.ebay.com/itm/186160888680?_trksid=p2471758.m4703 @Samlarn72
  17. Do they just call everything VF+? Mine came back 7.0.
  18. there has been an effort, not to name the store, because they're really is not at this point definitive evidence to link the eBay sellers that sold the books involved on eBay, and other selling venues, with that store. There is circumstantial evidence, that I would seriously consider betting my life that they are involved. The thing about this is that it completely appears within the realm of possibility, that there is a pressing service that could also be involved under the umbrella. Although it is quite possible, that comicwiz is putting together a substantial body of evidence in other ways, it's completely possible that a portion of the business plan here, was pressing lower grade books, into higher grade books. Personally, I would not be surprised to find out that the vast majority of amazing Spider-Man 300, 9.8 newstand copies, are the result of pressing work. I can't recall seeing many in the earlier generation slabs.
