If he thinks that "The Flash" is the bar for great superhero movies then I'm ready to write off the next 10 years of DC movies.

It was a good movie. Greatest? No way.  He took a page from the MCU playbook hyping it up.

Sigh. The Gunniverse can't come soon enough. This mythology deserves better.

I, for one, am excited to get blitzed drunk and watch The Flash, but have zero desire to see Blue Beetle or Aquaman 2 in the theater.

I thought it was a really good movie. Better than most.  You will enjoy it.   I'm with you on Aquaman 2 and BB though.    Kind of feels like flogging a dead horse. 

I'm starting to think Blue Beetle and Aquaman 2 should be released on Max.  Granted I have no idea how these works logistically but if Flash ends up making Black Adam money, it may make more sense to preserve the brand until the DCU reboot.

Same.   I’m so annoyed. Getting seriously sick and tired of this aspect of the hobby. 

Seeing it tonight. Did the post credit scene reveal anything forward looking? Also was there one or two post movie scenes?

I wish CGC would remove Page Quality altogether. Most inconsistent assessments that CGC makes. 

I see regular Economy submission marked as received on 5/3 already shipped out. 

FT Economy submissions marked as received on 6/1 already shipped out.

I have an 8 book FT Economy submission marked as received on 5/2 that is still stuck in GEI. 

Anyone else in my boat?

I hope so. The different styles of animation on the screen simultaneously was just beautiful.  And each style served its purpose. Ex: Spider-Punk's animation style fit him perfectly.

Good point. Quite a few of the negative reviews mention that it is a good movie but the can’t get over Ezra. 

Judge me all you want, I still can’t wait for the 16th!!   Sure, the guy is a weirdo…. but I still cannot wait!!!!!

If a customer is willing to pay an extra $ 15 per book to expedite things by a mere 10 days, you would think CGC would prioritize the FT orders. Nope. 

My CGC received date (not actual date my books arrived at CGC) was 5/2. 

Anyone in Economy Fast Track see any movement out of GEI today?

Just purchased my tickets for prime time Friday night the 16th in NYC.  A little surprised at how few tickets were pre-purchased. Fingers crossed for this movie.

Funny you say that. My 15 year old refuses to see the movie because of Ezra. Definitely had me wondering. 

Muschietti confirmed there will be a few surprises in the theatrical release version that were left out to avoid any possible leaks. I’ve done my best to avoid spoilers, but I can’t stop thinking about what we may see.
