  1. Oh boy, more smilies and in black and white? What is this 1950s TV? That will make the board a powerhouse again, just like the like feature did. Huzzah!
  2. Do you mean excluding sellers from searches in the Advanced Search options?
  3. And there we go. The only way they would fix this is if submissions started falling off and it started to affect their bottom line.
  4. As long as people keep sucking at the teat and submitting, why should they fix anything? it's been proven time and time again over the years that CGC can do whatever they want and loads of people will still submit loads of books.
  5. Just be grateful they aren't Fig Newton rings. It's a real bear getting all those crumbs out
  6. I'm trying to remember my favorite Belldonna meltdown comment. It was something along the lines of "go dry hump a leg, skank hag"
  7. For a while I was buying New Teen Titans 26 every time I saw it cheap in high grade
  8. You're on.....THE LIST!! Facejobs for Grandpa Buy the best!
  9. I think this really all comes down to comic books being a dated and dying form of entertainment due primarily to the instant gratification culture that exists today. At a time when comic books were at their peak popularity, kids didn't have all the competing forms of entertainment that they do now. Video games hadn't been invented yet or were in their infancy. No internet. No devices and social media. When you add in the fact that a comic book at $4 a pop really isn't very good entertainment value, that certainly doesn't help. What primarily has driven me away has been price and the fact that the comics produced today bear little resemblance to the ones I grew up reading and loving.
  10. I was watching one of the Iron Man movies and more than a few times, I was saying to myself, "What??, no didn't happen that way" Of course, I was referring to the comic storylines as opposed to the movies. I almost wish they wouldn't even try to base movies off actual comic events because I can't turn that part of my brain off and just enjoy the movie for what it is. They change too much. (it's the same reason why I'm very reluctant to go see Ready Player One) I don't care what anybody says. Tony Stark's father had nothing to do with the super soldier serum The last one I that I watched and truly enjoyed was Guardians of the Galaxy because I didn't have as much skin in that game, memory wise, other than the fact that the Guardians team in the movie was completely different than the comic book team that I know.
  11. The Fire Crotch is more powerful than the Infinity Gauntlet
  12. Perhaps it is for you but there have been many examples posted here over the years that prove it's not as easy as you would say. Maybe instead of claiming you don't care what anyone says, you open your mind a little
  13. You should have screen printed them while you were at it.
  14. You underestimate Marvel's ability to bring anything back regardless of whether it makes sense or not.
