  1. If you ever want to let that one go, I'm your huckleberry
  2. "Everybody's got a plan . . . until they get punched in the mouth." Or attempt to quote me
  3. Preach it brother! I'm already formulating my plans for retirement. I think the reason why some struggle with retirement is because they don't have a plan. If you love to work then by all means continue to do so but I can't wait to retire.
  4. Because that's not spine roll it's a miswrap. At least that's the way it looks from the front cover. Can you post a back cover pic?
  5. That's a great cover. Love the purple. Cardy doesn't get nearly enough credit. One of my favorites as well
  6. Let us know what you get. I'm very curious about that stain/spot/whatever it is on the back cover
  7. I was not a Kirby fan as a teenager in the 80s. I remember the first time I saw his run on Our Fighting Forces and thinking it was utter . Being a fan of Kubert and Heath and Severin, it was jarring to see that. The one book that turned me around was Demon 1, specifically the splash shown below. From that moment on I was a Kirby fan.
  8. That's a not uncommon production defect on ASM 300.
  9. I just observed some bullying. The bully was rudely schooling his victim on string theory. After a quick fact check on the internet, it looked like the bully knew what he was talking about. I kept on walking.
  10. That makes you a hypocrite. Your issue is not so much with bullying, despite your protestations to the contrary, it's really about what you consider to be less than factual information. It's okay to ignore bullying as long as the bully is factual. Way to go.
  11. So bullying is actually okay if it's factual. Got it
  12. Do you understand that's really rude to say in the real world? If anything more people need to hear that. Yes, even in the real world.
  13. For me, the best thing about Garfield was the Garfield and Friends Saturday morning cartoon. Written/co-written by Mark Evanier. It was very clever and funny. Writing better than most typical Saturday morning fare.
  14. And yet people still call Star Wars 42 the first appearance of Boba Fett.
  15. This was already thought back about page 5 or so.. well here we are 22 pages in. I'm impressed it's gone 22 pages. Well done lads. Well done.
  16. Well, that's certainly a more convenient location. Haven't been to this show in a few years
  17. I once had a Hulk 180 or 182 (can't remember which) that had a "# 6" stamped on the cover. I have no idea what that meant but I sometimes look for it because it's so recognizable.
