  1. The article refers to an "abandoned" house with quotations marks implying it is not truly an abandoned house. And it doesn't look like an abandoned house, either, from the photos in the article. Did somebody recently pass away and Mr. "Urban Explorer" got the idea to let himself in?
  2. From the YouTube page of the video: "Please share the video out and help Greg White find his AF 15. There is a $5000 reward no question ask to get the book back."
  3. Matt screwed you? Uh-uh. I think you screwed yourself. Whether or not you wind up on the Probation List you've probably made it onto more than a few personal "do not deal with" lists.
  4. Maybe if he describes any identifying characteristics (like where the CT is) the book will be easier to find.
  5. Sure looks like him. But I don't have the patience to watch YouTube comic videos to find out.
  6. Has Parker forgotten how to count? Anyways, here's another old run filler that has yet to be upgraded.
  7. Congratulations? Time to break out the cut finger gif!
  8. All the dealers? Is that how Steve Randolph prices his books?
  9. Welp, I'm a run collector buying '50s-'70s books and the majority of what I saw was on the high side and beyond of FMV, in some cases WAY beyond, as noted by Kevin76.
  10. FF Annual #3 is easily my least favorite out of them all. I'll always remember how disappointed I was especially with the art. Colletta's inking looks so incredibly rushed it spoiled the whole story.
  11. Like I wrote, that's a different matter. And certainly not the one expressed by the original poster, who lamented that boogers and blood couldn't be removed without being considered restoration. I haven't seen anybody on the Boards complaining about getting purple labels for dry cleaning, and plenty of folks here C+P when they submit. This is pure speculation on my part, but it sounds like such books just weren't cleaned using proper techniques, which wouldn't surprise me given the proliferation of YouTube pressing "experts" and their followers who think they know more than they do.
  12. I like to use the Mom Test. If I wouldn't feel comfortable showing it to my mom, then it should probably have the questionable parts covered.
