  1. Not bad for a book listed as VF/NM by a reputable dealer.
  2. The #1 is the only one that flats my boat. Need to work on the Marvel Horror titles next.
  3. Picked up a personal Grail this weekend. Will post a scan when I get home from Seattle.
  4. Agreed. No doubt. (thumbs u There are two things going on here. 1 - Which comic does Gambit first appear, cameo or full - Answer - Annual 14 2 - Which comic is garnering the most demand from collectors - Answer - X-Men 266 Will demand flip in the future? I don't think so. #266 has the cover (which is huge), and it has been so ingrained in the minds of readers that the annual was just a cameo, I just don't think it will ever change. I would agree. The reason why is I own 3 copies of X-Men 266 and about 30 of X-Men Annual #14.
  5. I still see delays. I am sure it has to do with peak times of activity but it is annoying.
  6. they should not affect the grade as they were made in the books printing process. the ink smudges are usually easy to remove with a red eraser from a pencil. be very careful not to touch any other inks as you will remove those and that may affect the grade. the staple came that way. I would not recommend using a red eraser. It is best to go out and buy a few of these and keep them around if you want to remove dirt and ink transfer. It will gently rub off on marks on the white areas of a book without leaving a dull spot.
  7. Greggy has contacts everywhere. ...especially at rest stops
  8. My first LCS was the back of Richie Muchins van at the Aqueduct Racetrack flee market. During the summer I went every Saturday to pick up my back issues. New comics were off the spinner rack at the soda shop on the corner.
  9. Should have my latest entry to the club at the end of the month.
  10. My vote is yes! +1 Very fair question to ask a seller. What if it was a book I pressed? Would CGC be OK with that type of round about advertising if the OP said it was me? Realizing your comment is tongue in cheek, it did make me realize the source of the press should be limited to PM. Joey, I would assume you personally do not have any problems with a seller identifying you as the presser ? For the record, I would feel safe if you were the presser. Who else do you know who turned a GL 77 into a FF 1.

I appreciate that Bob, but you can see where this will start to encroach on CGC's policy of competitors not being able to advertise here on the boards.
