Made the drive down to CGC today and picked up several orders from various tiers that had been waiting for me. A few Moderns.

Thanks Mike and Richard. I need to upgrade a few, but considering how hard it was to find some of these at all, it might be a long time coming.

I finally put these together for a picture. I like the #2 the best at 7.0 it is the highest on the census of only two graded copies. Although I have a better copy of #12, the one in this picture has a "Miles' Second Hand Store" stamp. (my last name is Miles). The #13 isn't a war cover but I included it because it is a double cover. Not a spectacular run, but pretty hard to assemble.

Chalk me down as well, thanks. (thumbs u Andy Make this the second dealer I will not do business with from now on My second one too. I can live with bad grading, I'll even eat that most of the time, and anyone can miss restoration, but this about not accepting returns of restored books is BS. If someone buys a raw book from me, I'll gladly give them CGC published time plus two weeks to let me know if there was a resto problem and then a week to return it. Grading is subjective - restoration is not.

I agree. Those are three of the best. I would love to have a high grade War #11, or heck even a pretty mid-grade. Here is GIC Combat #118, not a bad flamethrower cover. This copy just got slabbed last week. 9.4 oww

Picked this one up from CGC today. I pegged it as a 6.5 and am pleased with that, although it was graded a 7.5 by the seller/consignment sight

I just picked these up today. I walked in the house and dropped the group held together with a rubber band right on the kitchen tile. All three cases cracked and chipped. Pleasent surprise on this one. Presents so much nicer. taped killed it, but the favorite book in my collection right now.

A measly little BA book I picked up at WW Chicago but just getting scanned.

Doubtful I will be selling any time soon... however I might trade it if anything in your sig line becomes available Doubtful as well.
