seems to me the dealer's listing is in the ballpark for what this book should be

we as a community have no idea what the seller would do thus any answer we give is just conjecture

there is too much unknown .... which way is the book trending (up/down)?, how many others are available in that grade on the market at this time?, how long as the seller had the book up for sale and how motivated are they to move it immediately or are they fine holding out for a price they have in mind based on their financial needs or what they paid for it?, etc, etc, etc

seems like you at least have some good intel/data that you have initially gathered, so why don't you just message the seller with the info that you have gathered and see how they respond .... worse they can do is say no

correct, the book gets signed first and then pressed (followed by grading and encapsulation)

are there risks? yes, there are risks for everything but given that CGC/CCS have been doing this for some time I would gather they are confident in their ability to press without issues of the added ink

good luck with your submissions, the SS is a nice service they are running while conventions aren't happening and I look forward to some new announcements and some return signers I missed as Brittany previously had said, most of the talent that did a signing with them before had committed to returning for a follow up event

definitely 6.5 - 7.0 range if no noteable flaws within the interior 

I have a 6.0 which looks to be in similar shape but it has a sizable color breaking crease line on the top right of the cover while yours looks to have more smaller color breaking spine ticks

by the way I recently acquired another one as part of a bundled purchase that should grade higher than the one I have (6.0) ... may post pics later
