  1. The corner blunting and color breaking wear to the right edge of the front cover will keep this from being an 8.0. However, I’m more concerned with the color breaking crease along the left side of the back cover. CGC is pretty severe with these types of long color breaking creases. This book will clean up nicely with a C&P but I can’t see it getting any higher than a 7.0 (IMHO). Still a nice copy of THE bronze grail of grails. Thanks for sharing.
  2. 7.0 for me on account of the spine ticks and other color breaking creases. A c&p may help a bit but most of the flaws will remain. Still a nice book that will look great in a CGC slab.
  3. I agree with others. 9.2 is the ceiling for this copy.
  4. Beautiful copy. 9.4 with a good C&P to remove the back corner creases. I have a copy graded at 9.2 and this one looks significantly better. Thanks for posting.
  5. Nice Book! 7.5 with a C&P. Thanks for sharing.
  6. Definitely a C&P candidate. 7.5-8.0 after pressing. Nice Book!
  7. 7.0 - 7.5 depending on how well they clean the back cover and press out the spine ticks & corner creeses. Nice book in any case. Thanks for posting.
  8. 6.0 - 6.5 with the tear. Thanks for posting.
  9. No rust migration to the interior pages. Thanks for the question.
  10. Without the tear through the book, I'd say 1.8 - 2.0. There is a lot of wear and some splitting along the spine with heavy creasing on the front cover. At best it would be in the good range (without the tear).
  11. 1.0 (definitely better than Poor)! Don't think pressing is going to help here. If you want it slabbed, send it in as is.
  12. 7.0 as is. 8.0 with a good C&P (assuming you can get the dirt off).
  13. Great looking book! The subscription crease doesn't appear to break color so you should be able to press that out. It looks like you have some moisture staining along the spine. With a good C&P I'd say 6.0. If no moisture staining maybe even 7.0. Thanks for sharing.
  14. 2.0 for me. Cant see it going any higher due to the popped staple, cover tear and general wear. Its a late Bronze Age book and I don't think they will be lenient.
