    This book has highs and lows, depending on eye appeal and chance. But $180k for a Cap 1 4.0 with a rusty staple is new territory, IMO. I'm ecstatic with the outcome

    Just this week, a CGC 9.0 copy sold for around $170k through Elite Comics on IG. So the $250k for the 9.2 is just about right.
