    I'm really on the fence with this one... It looks awesome, it was a no brainer until I saw the price. My wife is very patient but this one would likely be an issue. Plus it's not out for a year and a half. My sentiments exactly.

    prices were appreciating before the tv announcement. It was loudly touted as an undervalued key on these boards several years ago and has been picking up steam since then.

    Howard, these guys buy knowingly restored books, crack them out and then fraudulently list them as unrestored. And the wall of evidence is huge. Take if from a fellow Canuck, they ain't innocent. This! Their unscrupulous actions are costing others lots of money through deceit. That is unjustifiable.

    yes but it depends on what you are looking for. If I put up a WTB for some HG BA with good centering I get multiple responses at or around GPA. Put up a WTB for a book like a VF ghostly Weird 122 and even after bumping it multiple times I didn't get a single acceptable book offered.

    When did 8.5 become 'high grade'? VF and above used to be high-grade across the board. Now, if it's modern and not 9.8, it's not high grade; if it's Copper or Bronze and not 9.6, it's not HG; if it's Silver and not 9.4, it's not HG; if it's Gold, NOW we are back into the VF range being HG... -slym (thumbs u You can stratify even further, for atomic age PCH 7.0 is HG
