  1. Agree with potential 7+ subject to the clean. I see you are in Melbourne. AFAIK there are no comic pressers in Australia so you will have a long wait getting this done.
  2. Someone once posted a book with a missing chunk off the corner that came back from CGC with a 5.5 grade. So you can be lucky. Yours is very nice otherwise so I will go for 4.5
  3. Put it this way, it's much better value than the 2.5 copy I paid $12k for this time last year. As I have bragged before, my super-power is buying at the peak.
  4. What is that mark in the "L" of HULK? Can it be removed without damaging the book? 7.0 but BC takes it down at least 0.5
  5. OP should ask for the notes. It would educate us about how CGC grades in the over-9 range.
  6. First time I have seen this thread since I joined the forum, so here is my copy. Obviously it has no cover. I don't recall it having one when I got it back in the day. And you won't find this informative article in your US DD1: Anyway, now there are three copies in the world ;-)
  7. No, USA seller whose ads featured in Marvel books at the time. No UK dealers did AFAIK.
  8. So it seems like they knocked 1.5 to 2 off the grade because of the back cover.
  9. I also think 6.5 to 7. As to the browning of the cover, CGC does not punish that so much, from what I have seen.
  10. Thanks, both! A 2.0 is what I had it pegged at as well. Glad to get your confirmation of that opinion.
