Out the seller and get him put on the probation list. He made a deal then backed out because he got more money from someone else, that sounds like probation list material to me.

That would be difficult, he's not on the probation thread...what can you do to prevent it? Post "no one on the probation thread, OR Frank, can post a Take It"? It would make things very messy... Then people could add people they block, people who say hello wrong. The best thing would be if Frank just posted that he's sorry, he messed up, the end! and ...took a long hiatus until he learns not to threaten people who disagree with him. Not really. If I'm selling a book, I don't have to sell it to him. I'm not saying he won't ever buy from here again but not from me he wont. Do you think dice x will sell him a book? I doubt it.

What I don't get is why are people beating this to the ground? He has lied and got caught a couple of times and acted like a real jerk and got a week vacation for it, his rep is ruined . I don't think anyone will buy or sell to him again.

Priority in the States is 3 days, rarely longer. Priority in the States is not guaranteed, it may take 2-3 days but I have had customers come to me at work asking why didn't the parcel get there in 2-3 day. I have seen stuff take up to 6 days priority mail. I feel that the seller needs a Del Comp number within the time frame to cover himself to show that he put it in the mail stream.

It was only because of the community's good graces toward you, that you're not a permanent member on the list. This is an interesting comment, as I would have thought that the reason that he was not on the list is because he completed the transactions that he had originally defaulted upon. It has always been my understanding that completing the transactions to the satisfaction of those who were afffected was the only way to get removed from the list. I was not aware that there was a community good graces subchapter. There shouldn't be - if you're on the probation list and make good on your commitments (or the offended party forgives your transgression(s)), you're taken off the list. End of story. I was here back when the probation list started and It was started by Diva himself because someone did't pay him. He wasnt worried about anyone else just himself. He has never changed. As for Dice and David...I happen to like you both, will you PLEASE just go smack each other in the head, get OVER it, and come back and play nicely...
