  1. It takes over 3 months to get stuff fixed FYI..... been there, doing it again now with labeling errors....
  2. I don't think it matters if you write ST, EX or walkthrough on the boxes anymore if their all cought up right? Lol
  3. I have a few concerns regarding a slab I had to send back in to be fixed due to a printing error on the label by CGC. I've sent two emails in the past 5 days with no response to my questions. I work 10 hour shifts and do not have time to sit around on the phone trying to talk to people that is why I send email expecting a proper response time to my concerns. Why is it taking so long to get a response to my simple questions in regards to a mistake CGC made?
  4. Looks like they made it to the end. CGC now move all these people in receiving and get them grading cards. You are letting Economy fall behind
  5. His first bulk submission Shipped 8/6 and the second shipped on 8/9. So yes it has been roughly 20 days since they shipped back to them. They should have them in hand by now.
  6. Well nice if that's the case, then CGC can grade and slab up square cornered Pokemon cards now. Why haven't they announced this yet? Lol
  7. I don't think you understand what people are "complaining" about. I understand the TAT are estimated, but when that so called estimated TAT doubles and triples with no warning, people are gonna get pissed. I had a standard sub with a estimated TAT of 45 days when it arrived at CGC a few months ago. When I got my cards back it was roughly 130 days. The estimated TAT has gotta better over the last 4-6 weeks with everything leveling out with people sending in cards etc. But the TAT times posted before are a complete joke and hardly a estimate. Just a crazy wild guess. I'm getting my childhood cards graded with my sons modern cards as a hobby for us to have something to do. Every person complaining is not a Ebay seller. A company can do a million things right but the majority of the time people only talk about the bad as you see in these forums. Don't even get me started about the crappy cardboard insert they use when they ship your slabs back to you that damages them during shipping... but over all, I have had mostly good experiences with CGC so far... Hope all is well old timer and may each day be easy for you. 🙏
  8. Bulk submission 50 cards. Delivered on 7/12 Opened/Received/Scheduled for Grading 8/26 Also as of today:
  9. As a customer, we shouldn't have to being that.... but thank you for your input! I'm sure it will help people
  10. They are still using this shipping method? Wow.... CGC go back to the foam insert already and put them on both sides..... The more problems you have to fix the more you get behind... 34 slabs getting replaced off one submission...
  11. When was it delivered? Did you write ST on the box? How many cards in the submission? A lot of factors goes into it....
  12. Compared to the other two top Grading companies, CGC prices aren't that bad yet. I'm still waiting for the big price hike coming since CGC sold out. Who knows what's gonna happen in the future...
  13. Every submission I've sent in (starting July 2nd) once it goes into Grading/QC, they took payment within 24 hours and then would ship 3-5 business days after that. That was with 2 standard and 2 express submissions. This is just my experience. I'm still waiting on my Economy and bulk submissions to start moving...
  14. I've noticed that as well. I'm just posting what info CGC gives us here since a lot of people don't check the service page like I do. They have changed the package opening date 3 times in the past 2 weeks. Before that it was once every 3-4 weeks...
