  1. Yeah they would hide something like this deep on their website... Why not post this on the front page? Why not update the link at the top of the homepage for tat? I don't understand the decision making that goes on at CGC... I bet not even 10% of people sign up for a new letter...
  2. You live and you learn. Sorry that you made mistake. They do tell you exactly how to ship packages and mark them....
  3. I don't understand why CGC hasn't made a PSA regarding something like this. Just like how they don't allow anyone to upgrade their services to a higher tier anymore. They just change things without letting the customer know is bad business and untrustworthy imo. No wonder people are getting frustrated and upset... we can all do better
  4. There is no way in hell TAT starts when the package is delivered. Especially when it takes 2 whole months to even open packages at this point.... Paul S. and others has said TAT doesn't start until the package is opened and packing slip is scanned into the system. Admin response is misleading....

  7. Yeah your better off just waiting till January 2022 and then check on your bulk order again. I'm not even joking....
  8. Maybe that one card needed to be in a higher tier of grading due to the market value of the card being more then the bulks maximum $.
  9. They changed it the 22nd this past weekend. Then changed it back to the 15th Tuesday and now back to the 22nd today... Idk how accurate it is like the tat.....
  10. Why not count weekends? They have said they are working 7 days a week now. Might as well count them...
  11. Why did the "Now Opening" date change back to the 15th? It was set for the 22nd of March the last 2 days. Is this some more of CGC tomfoolery?
  12. I feel like I'm in the same boat. I was told a a couple weeks ago via email I can change my tier once my package is opened and scanned into the "system." I really hope CGC honors this agreement and grandfathers me in like a proper multi-million dollar business should do for their customers.
  13. USPS did this once to me as well.... My package was at CGC but USPS didn't scan/update my tracking info till a couple weeks later...
  14. I've noticed new wording on the services & fees page today. Seems like CGC added what week they are opening packages now and I also noticed this: "Orders cannot be changed or cancelled once they have been delivered to our facility" So my question here is once my submission is opened and entered into CGCs system, I can no longer upgrade my services to another tier like before?
  15. Seems like they've been opening packages from the week of March 15th for the past 3 weeks. Is CGC pushing 10 million cards like PSA? It's crazy to think they have that many packages.
  16. Is CGC still opening mail from mid March or what? That seems to be the trend the last 3 weeks that they are still opening mail from mid March. We all would like some kind of update time to time? Once a week is not asking much...

  18. I'm just gonna lean on that the 2nd submission was a fluke getting pickup earlier then my 1st submission with all the craziness going on...
  19. I don't know what's going on like most people with shipping and receiving but I have a concerning situation. My 1st submission was shipped on March 28th, then it "arrived at post office" on April 2nd but has not been marked as received on CGC website and has not been labeled "delivered" on the USPS tracking website neither... My 2nd submission was "shipped" on April 13th, then it "arrived at post office", marked as "ready for pickup", and marked "delivered" all on April 15th. It's also marked as "received" on the CGC website... As you can see, I'm very concerned about that 1st submission as it has not been marked as delivered or received on either website yet. I guess my main question here is that if this is a normal thing or should I start contacting USPS regarding my package?
