Nope, nothing yet.
They said they charge once it enters the grading phase, but maybe they meant once they were done and at the end of the grading phase? It's really the only reason I can think of on why we wouldn't be charged by now.
I didn’t get charged until my cards went into Grading/ Quality Control Check

Uhhh I mean they look okay. I’d have to see it in person to really tell what might be the issue. I can only assume that it’s either rough cut somewhere or slightly flattened on the edge of a corner.
Tough call, but I would give it at least a 9 but I’m not a professional grader.

I wrote EX on the side of the box in very large font. I'm also having people get cards graded that were received after mine for a Standard submission.
I am not having a good time right now.
Hit customer service up with an email. I can only assume it’s there, just lost in the shuffle of hundreds of Econ/bulk submissions.

Maybe, in your messed up reality I never said a Guarantee but a estimation should at least be a relatively close number. The way it is set up it pushes bulk over and over anytime another set of orders comes in ahead of bulk. So truthfully it could be 10+ years until people get any bulk back.
Sir please go outside and tend to the flowers 10 years is being dramatic. At a certain point people will just stop sending cards if it takes that long, and business will shift back to existing competitors like PSA, Beckett, or SGC. Everybody will be waiting months to get their stuff back anyways.

Express order delivered 03/02... still not in system. I think I saw a comment last week saying they were still opening packages received the week of 02/22, but don't quote me on that.
To not even be able to open and log EXPRESS orders after 2 weeks of being delivered illustrates the current demand for CGC has to be so off the charts compared to even their most optimistic forecasts. I wouldn't be the least bit surprised to see a price increase here soon, or for them to just shut off Bulk/Economy for a while to get things more stabilized.
Weird. I had an express package delivered on 03/04 and received 03/10. I wrote EX on all sides of the box so they wouldn’t miss it though.

Shining is still very upset everybody. Lmao.
Right now the temporary wait is only going to benefit us. They’re using the time to set up a bigger shop and properly train people to grade your cards professionally. Could they lessen TATs by letting a few of these people out on the grading floor ahead of time? Sure. But don’t come crying back to these forums when your card gets docked more points than it should have, or even worse gets damaged, by someone that missed a week of training to get your card back faster to you.

I too had a 163 bulk submission mark received on 3/1 and still no email or entry of received on submissions. Prior to the price increase and PSA price increase, it would only take 24-48 hours tops for my previous submissions. I just want them to be marked received, i dont care how long it will take to get back as long as i know CGC has them.
Do you know how many other people probably sent in 100+ bulk subs just like you did? They’re probably swamped with large orders right now so it’s going to take some time, especially since they’re just now expanding.

Walkthroughs with subgrades and shipping roughly cost $100 each as a member. I've done 4 in the last two months with Charizards but that was worth the cost. You are saying that all these people are spending $10,000.00 on a walkthrough of 100 cards?
That’s what people on Instagram are claiming to do I’m really curious if their cards are even worth it because it’s literally a down payment on a house
-
Last express I sent in took about 6 business days to log in. I’ve been seeing a bunch of people send in walkthrough orders on their Instagram page, like 100 cards at a time. That probably pushes back express receiving as well as other express orders logged in.

This man really played the “free speech” card. LMAOOO.

I have one order that shipped back today and 2more still received. I’ll probably be done sending cards in for a while, I’ll just go back to ripping packs for fun and collecting in the meantime. I can’t imagine what the TATs will be when I submit my next order 😂

Looks like micro-fracturing. The CGC slabs I have are all crystal clear around the edges, and to me that looks like plastic when too much pressure has been applied on a single point.
If the mods don’t get to your post in here, I would send an email. They’ll know for sure.

Tempering the bad news, for me at least, my Standard 2/11 sub went into grading today. If it hits the mail today I'd be ecstatic.
Id wager either today or tomorrow. Probably depends on how many cards are in that order.

I was just about to ask for a link. Great read and insight. Just like I said, they hired a bunch of people and bought new floor space, but they still have to train them and work the kinks out.

We don't expect TATs to drop dramatically but we do expect our cards to be done close to the original estimation. Not go from 1 month to 2 months to 3 months to 4 months to 6 months. And than when it gets to 6 months 1 year. Than to 5 years. All because the priority isn't ever catching up to the bulk. I wouldn't of sent so much if I knew it wasn't a 20-30 day turnaround.
PSA says hi
-
I logged into check if my cards went from grading to finalized and the TATs doubled over night lmao. Goodness.
So basically price increases only worked short term, now people are paying more for higher tier service instead

Each time my cards keep coming up to their turnaround estimate the estimate goes up a ton. It was originally 20-30 days when I submitted and now what 111 and keeps increasing. You need to fix the priority system because at the rate of increase we would never get our cards back.
People keep sending in more cards despite the price increases. At first, it made people shudder at the thought of how much they were going to spend. Now it looks like people don’t care about the price and even more are sending in at higher tiers to get cards back faster. If you sent your cards in at a lower tier then there’s nothing you can really do, you’ll always be prioritized last compared to people who paid 2-8x as much as you did. Last I heard they just expanded their facilities and are still hiring so until that’s up and running at full capacity you can’t expect TATs to drop dramatically.
You’re not alone in this. My wait times have doubled overnight as well. I’m just choosing to deal with it and just enjoy collecting in the meantime.
-
I think they bump up the tier and charge the difference. It has something to do with insurance and properly insuring cards. Imagine you send a Vmax Zard in and it gets lost/damaged at some point in the grading or return process. Would you rather pay the $9 bulk tier and get only $100 back, or pay $18 and get the full value of the card returned?

My standard with subgrades received 2/10 is still in received status. I'm bummed, lol.
I just thought about this while reading your post. Sub grades add 5 business days to all orders not marked express or walkthrough, so your order may not be processed for another week or so.
-
Looks like my cards didn’t finish grading today, so maybe tomorrow on day 12 for express. Not that bummed considering it was 15 days TAT when I first sent them in, but definitely anxious to get them back soon.

Day 11. Updated to grading/quality control check today.
When it shows as finalized, are the grades immediately available to view online?

Basically in line with the estimated Express TAT. This is day 10 of 11. Next up for grading will probably be my standard order end of next week, but I’m still waiting on my last express order to get received. It was delivered 3/04 🥲
Update:
Express Tier Order 2
Delivered 03/04
Received 03/10
Took about 4 business days to process.
What am I not seeing?

Ohh okay I couldn’t tell if that was a nick/whitening of just part of the card art. I suppose it’s warranted then, CGC isn’t very lenient on those
