    Good afternoon,

I have my shipment was marked "delivered" by the Post office to your location over 10 business days ago.  I completely understand you all are swamped, but I just want to make sure my package is there.  I was told not to worry if the time was less than 10 business days, but now it is greater than that, so I am reaching out.  Thank you for any help you can provide!

I would suggest sending these inquiries to their customer service inbox/email, that way you can provide them all the sensitive information they need in order to track it down.

  2. So, I mean, you do understand in order to be revenge graded you first have to be an absolute a-hole right? Lol. Either the cards weren’t in as great a condition as you believed them to be or you were just a complete jerk to someone so badly that they said “you know what, I’m going to dock him 0.5 points on every card this order because that’ll show him MUAHAHAHA!”

Either way I’m just cracking up at this thread lol

  3. Currently on day 8 of 11 for express. Hoping to see some movement soon this week. Also have a standard order that should be graded by the end of the month, and another express order that’s yet to be logged in. It’ll be interesting to see how this goes.

Correct me if I’m wrong, but didn’t CGC just attend a trade show at the end of February? I think that may have something to do with packages getting received a bit later than usual.

patience is mandatory these days , I heard some card grading companies are one year TAT Times

my grocery store just ran out of peas, which had never happen before , these are very trying times , many peoples have lost their family business an everything

At least its not the toilet paper again.

Mine has never showed up in submission status and I am starting to freak out. its been so long since they received it and they definitely received it.  What happens if I forgot to put my order form in the box or failed to secure it correctly.  I am starting to lose sleep now.  Wow this is driving me crazy!

I would think they could look up the name on the packaging? At worst it would be return to sender.

This is the second time the list has disappeared on me so I’m not too concerned.

  6. For older/vintage cards I don’t know if it’s that important, but for modern sets it at least gives some verified indication of the condition of the card. I’ve heard PSA subscribers talk about wanting them as well.

CGC in general is priced lower because they are the new kid on the block, and they also grade harder than PSA (somehow a harder grade/better quality card is worth less, not sure how but oh well). I’ve ordered a couple cards with sub grade just to give myself a benchmark of how the company grades, but 80-90% of all my orders through CGC are just going to be no sub grade for personal collection.

There may be no real price difference on a card with and without a sub grade, but if that’s the case then it’s a nice added on feature you don’t have to pay extra for.

  7. It’d be nice, but also very pricey. Pretty sure there would have to be some sort of licensing agreement either for the logo or characters used. It’s kind of a volatile time for them as well, business is booming but the demand is staggering.

If it ever does happen, it’ll have to be after the market slows down post-pandemic, and even then consumers will be paying a hefty price to justify the licensing cost.

Good lord. My books have been out for 62 business days already. I just found out that I still have 80-90 more business days to go! That is painfully slow. I sent my books out at the end of November and I won’t get them back until July! I could almost create another human in that time. There has to be a quicker way of doing this.

    Bulk sub?

Its on the shipping label. Every time I ship I just put it on the label where you would put an apartment number or a company name (whatever spot its in). Not sure if thats correct but thats just what I been doing. I dunno if i mentioned this on this thread, but im not up in arms about anything since it was just a Charizard VMAX shiny that I pulled from a pack and want to send it to auction and if other people are having their orders take forever, then im not worrying about it becoming devalued since the market isnt going to get flooded anytime soon and ill be fine in terms of what I get for it.

Pretty sure they tell you to write it on the box with a sharpie or something. They get tons of packages a day. The ones that are marked WT or EX get opened first because of the grading tier. Yours probably got lost in the mix because they couldn’t easily identify it.

These turnaround times are crazy. I am still waiting on a bulk ordered that was received on DEC 9th! When I submitted it was a 35 Business day turn around. Times keep increasing.  While I understand things happen  I have been told countless times.. either my cards are being graded and the status just hasn't changed mon my end, they are scheduled for grading, or oh your turnaround time hasn't been affected.  Give us correct information/communication. Maybe they need to stop accepting trading cards until they can catch up.

It’s was 35 days for 1000 other people who submitted in December too lol.

TAT is an estimate of how fast they can process the cards they have in shop at that specific point in time. It was never any sort of guarantee. They even say it’s estimated not guaranteed. I feel like people keep miss missing this point.

Yeah I just think that if that's the case then there really shouldn't be a tat on bulk or economy. That way people won't have expectations as to when their subs will be done. That's what psa just did. You don't even see a tat under any of the services. It just says tat impacted. you cant even submit under economy either. They don't want to give unrealistic expectations to their customers. They are basically saying we are so backed up that we can't give you a tat so submit your cards at your own risk lol.

You know what your right. I always wondered why the lowest tier was locked out, now it makes sense.

If anything, the TAT on bulk and economy is just there to show that they aren’t processed at the same speed, even though it feels like it.

Yeah you might need to contact customer support on that one. I submitted a big submission around the 10th and it got logged in on the 17th. It shouldnt take more than 2 weeks. I submitted a walkthrough order last week and it hasnt been logged in today which is a little strange but I been hearing its like 7-10 days at the moment in terms of logging. With your case, its unique so yeah thats a bit longer than Ive seen to be logged in.

When did your walkthrough get delivered?
