Yes! Now you are obligated to send us pix!
Glad your book was delivered.

That is always a concern. While proving something is fake (as should be done), it unfortunately also creates a training guide for future fakes.
The copyright date being incorrect reminds me of Office Space when the guy moved the decimal place over by one. Such a "small" error. Lol. I'd almost think it was intentional. Like some sort of calling card.

JHU was victim of ever-increasing rents in the area they are located. Over the years, they relocated to less expensive spaces, but became harder and harder to find. With few residents in that part of the city, covid must have been a gut punch.
I gonna miss JHU.

After 40 years, Matt Wagner is pulling a George Lucus and redoing his original Grendel: Devil by the Deed. Dark Horse Comics is releasing the Devil by the Deed: MASTER EDITION this November. Primer 2 (Grendel's first appearance) and Grendel 1 (1983) are the grails of my collection. I will definitely consider this Master Edition (along with the original DBTD) as essentials for any Grendel fan.
There's also the Omnibus... but that's kinda cheating.

I would understand if my book I sent in is a 10 then it's obvious why there is no notes
ya know what? I still want notes on a 10. I want something like "THIS BOOK IS AMAZING! THREE OF OUR BEST GRADERS REVIEWED THIS BOOK THOUROUGHLY AND NOT A SINGLE FLAW WAS FOUND! PROVE US WRONG!"
That would be an amazing day.

Someone actually made key rings with this cover on it. Why didn't I think of that!

A copy sold on eBay back on June 10, so it does appear to exist.
