    That looks like water damage on the back to me. 3.0 if it is.

    Id go 5.5. If you take a brush and hot water, you can wipe those water marks away. Then press for a 6.5

    When I look at graded examples of this book, it throws me off. The combination of the water artwork and aging is very tough. Take a look at this 8.5.
