  1. I normally don't go after Westerns, but these were too sweet to pass up and got them for a song. Picked this one up too.
  2. Good idea. I've always found more comic books at flea markets and garage sales. Occasionally you get lucky and find a shortbox full at antique malls but that's probably few and far between.
  3. Greggy posted so many Savage She-Hulk #1s I thought I was in an infinite loop for awhile there.
  4. Some sweet copies. Thanks for the kind words and the great work you did on these with short notice! The 2 Howard the Ducks were previously slabbed 8.0's that Joey fixed up along with the rest. Joey definitely does great work.
  5. Nice smooth transaction with James on his purchase of a Captain America #100 from my latest sales thread. Thanks again!
  6. I was a dealer at a small comicon in Tulsa yesterday and towards the end of the day a gentleman started talking to the dealer next to me. Apparently, the dealer had been trying to contact this guy for some time to buy a poster from him. As they talked my interest peaked. This guy used to be a radio announcer back in the early 1990s and he told us a short story about how he came about having these posters. I asked if he had an extra one with him and he said yes. So both the other dealer and I were able to obtain 1 copy of this poster. I'll let the pictures speak for themselves.
  7. Michael made a purchase from my latest sales thread and the transaction couldn't have gone any smoother. Quick payment and great communication. Thanks again!
  8. Captain Marvel #26 was May 1973. War is Hell #9 was Oct. 1974 so you are correct.
  9. Congratulations on a great find! It's posts like this that make this my favorite thread in General! I can't wait to see what was in the box! Just by the couple of pics shown to us, even though these comics weren't boarded I'm going to guess most of them are higher grades. Nailed it.

  11. I need that Darkhawk #5 variant. Send me a PM if you're interested in selling.
  12. Personally, I read the title of the thread literally. It's a place where we list those CGC chatboard members who also have eBay items for sale. Sticking to comic related stuff is probably a good idea but I don't see it as a requirement.
  13. Very true Christian. I remember when I first picked up that Thor #411 at a Vintage Stock store. The first thing that popped into my head was "Wait a minute. This book isn't supposed to be THAT thick."
  14. Pretty damn rare I would think. I have a Thor #411 with double interior pages and it's the only comic I've ever seen that way.
  15. Even though you may not be a paid member of CGC, you're here in the chatboards and that's good enough. So post away. Just let us know you're eBay seller name and I'll add you to the list.
  16. Even though it's a pence copy, I'm happy to have another copy of this book in my collection. Picked it up in a trade over the weekend.
