1. But in the spirit of full disclosure, here's the feedback I left for him: Beautiful books, accurate grade, excellent packing & shipping. A++ Ebayer. armchair ( 276 ) Jun-20-07
2. One of the first feedback left by a buyer for robojo33: Fantastic book and excellant customer service. Thanks. :>) ar-aich ( 1337 ) Apr-03-07
3. I don't know if any has pointed it out (cause I haven't waded through all 13 pages of this thread), but the list of people who have dealt with robojo33 isn't entirely privileged info. It's simple enough to look at robojo33's feedback (both received and left for others) and see a fairly comprehensive list of Ebayers who have dealt with him over the years. (Of course, it's only those who have left him feedback or for whom he has left feedback.) I just checked, and he's received 3,327 feedback (feedbacks? what the heck is the plural of that word??), and has left 3,363 for others -- dating back to 2003. But his first feedback as a SELLER wasn't until 2007.
4. I'm on the list. I did one deal with robojo33: two raw books I purchased in 2007, when I first got back into collecting. It wasn't a significant purchase. Once I found this board and read about robojo, I posted about my purchase. Someone on the board informed robojo about my post, but completely misquoted me, and robojo wrote to me asking why I lied about our deal and subsequent communications. http://boards.collectors-society.com/ubbthreads.php?ubb=showflat&Board=4&Number=1772275&Searchpage=80&Main=99336&Words=drewincanada&topic=0&Search=true#Post1772275
5. A huge shout out to [font:Arial Black]divad for the contents of the mystery box he sent me as my prize for my 4th place finish in the March Madness grading contest. I posted the contents of the box in the grading contest thread. Astounding!
6. Roy, this whole thread is a heresy. And the 0.5 was hearsay. (Actually, I think it was a case of broken telephone. The 0.5 CGC was a different copy of the book.) I meant heresay. Wheresay?

8. Conan had a deal with NBC and was screwed by NBC. However, Leno's excuse that "hey, if NBC is gonna sell me the Tec, then I'll take it" is pretty lame. He shouldn't be considered blameless in all this. He should man-up and sell the book back to Conan.
9. Check out your local yard sales. Unless he made garden gnomes, you won't find any at a yard sale I'll sell you mine.
10. [font:Arial Black]And now, ladies and gentlemen, the grand finale to this grand spectacular of a thread. We hope you've enjoyed the show.
11. This thread is making me tired now. Give me a nudge and wake me up once the lawsuit starts.
12. No. Read the thread. He sold the book listed in the Board sales to "an eBay buyer". Didn't say it was listed ON eBay. He contacted some folk who had bought from Frank ON eBay and asked if they'd be interested in the book. One said yes. NO eBay "sale" link. NO "paper trail". NO listing of the book here and on eBay at the same time - [font:Arial Black]for what it's worth. We both had Buffalo Springfield on our minds.
13. Let's at least get FRANKIE's twisted version of the facts straight: • He claims that he never listed the 8.5 slabbed book here. He claims that he sold it at Wondercon to someone - but he hasn't said to whom. He also claims to have a witness who saw the sale. • He claims that he listed the (different) raw 9.2 copy here on the board. He never listed it on Ebay. He claims he sent some emails out to some of his previous customers, and one of those customers (who had previous bought from him on Ebay) took him up on the deal and he shipped the book out to the guy this morning. For what it's worth, there it is.
14. Somebody called this. Well done! How about an inverse class action law suit? He can sue everyone else on the board.
15. Major kudos to [font:Arial Black]etanick for a razor-sharp, perfectly aligned, CGC 9.8 copy of HTD #26. Oh, and excellent packaging and fast delivery. (thumbs u
16. And here's more info on the stlcomics site: http://stlcomics.com/gallery/jcpenney_stridex/

18. Bad scan. Amazing Avengers #10. For those who are missing the context of the past few posts, cheetah sold me that copy of #10. (thumbs u It was his undercopy.
19. I think in future I should only buy comics from people who know how how to scan. A bit better?
20. Some oldies but goodies. And my fave. (I have to post this one at least once a year.) Some unadulterated Avengers goodness.
