#1 is a first print and in nice shape with these exceptions:
one mid-spine color-breaking tick.
3 spine bends right at the LLC. Probably pressable, but not sure what that will leave you from there.
The top and bottom of the spine corners are ever-so slightly soft. Open corners are sweet.
Back cover, top of spine - a very small impression.
So - maybe a 9.0? Improvable? Likely. But not a 9.8 candidate.

Took a little while.  I have a full run including "variants/LE" of the Parker hardcovers. Of course, that means the regular and the limited editions of the Parker Martini Edition

This one is a fun story as I pulled it out of a $.25 box with no board, at C2E2 years ago. 

Got this still new and sealed from a Canuck friend o mine.  Have since cracked it and Darwyn put a sketch inside as shown. 

Also acquired from my Canuck buddy.

Here's the rest. I will take Paypal/Zelle/Venmo.  I will possibly accept other forms of payment if I trust you (please check first). Shipping is mostly US only at cost for priority, usually around $10.  Outside the US is permitted, but depending on the $$ amount, it will need to be trackable and that can get real expensive.  Payment is expected within 7 days unless we work something out in advance.

If I have you on ignore, or if you are on the PL or HOS, I will not sell to you. Sales on CGC books are final unless I screwed something up.  Raw books can be returned; just let me know within 5 days and return shipping is on you unless I messed it up.
