As I mentioned previously, all the 9.0-9.4's do have corner damage in the same spot - lower left of fc. I'm too mad to photograph all of the comics at the moment so I just did these few. These did not leave me with this damage and I know my packing is always top notch. Not sure what any of your thoughts are, but I'm thinking dropped after the unboxing at the facility or squished somehow. Any of you have a similar issue and did CGC work with you? As an after thought, wouldn't the screeners or graders think for a moment that this is odd? I mean if they see similar damage on comics in a set they are grading, wouldn't that be a flag that maybe this is not normal? Just pulling up my history would show hundreds of comics graded that are high grade. Why would I send in comics with this kind of damage. Frustrating. Especially with that Strange Academy 1 - it was an easy 9.8. I did get a new scanner but they cord was defective but for whatever reason, I was able to make the old scanner work properly again without the line. In the end, they were very helpful and offered to press and re-grade. Understanding the complexity of this kind of issue which could easily be taken advantage of, they made a good decision for the customer in my opinion. Talking with them in person definitely was a plus. "Bella" and "Jennifer" were very professional and kudos to them for their investigation into the matter. Just wanted to put that out there.
