Thanks again to @Tony S for his hard work in bumping the seemingly impossible to much higher grade levels! I love the newsstand designations now on the CGC labels! One of the ones here I was most excited about ended up having some tape repair from a prior owner, but all is good (Marvel Team-Up Annual #1 - Conserved grade)... For those with more extensive "newsstand" knowledge, isn't the Marvel Team-Up Annual #1 a newsstand? I thought it would be noted as such...
