I used to be able to find a good resource for comic print runs (estimated orders through diamond) but just can't find it anywhere. Does anyone have estimated print runs for Walking dead key comics? I am sure it has been discussed on one of the 3000 pages or so but can't find.

Thanks :foryou:

12. How rare are the issues? What was the print run?

Walking Dead #1: 7,266 (Total, that includes both black & white mature readers logos)

Walking Dead #2: 6,067

Walking Dead #3: 6,992

Walking Dead #4: 7,019

Walking Dead #5: 8,829

Walking Dead #6: 7,727

Walking Dead #7: 10,490

Walking Dead #8: 11,689

Walking Dead #9: 11,289

Walking Dead #10: 13,719

As for the rest, well you know the difference between "giving a man a fish vs. teaching a man to fish" right? Here is a great site for print run information. You can look up the print run of any comic published from January 1995 to the present. All you need is the month & year it was published which is written inside the comic. Have fun looking up other print runs too! (thumbs u

Negan should really consider wearing scarves. Hipster Negan.

Kirkman stated that Negan is a 99% certainty for the show and he feels Jon Hamm would make the perfect Negan

Just an observation but...

did anyone see the resemblance of Rick's speech in 125 about coexisting with Negan with the speech he had with the Governor saying we can all live together and make it work? Maybe he learnt his lesson after last time considering what happened :P

It's been speculated before that Kirkman could go further down this route... if he can't kill Rick he could put him on a downward spiral, indirectly at first with words and the absence of compassion, towards abandonment of others or recklessness.

In the heat of the moment most of the truly awful things he has done have ultimately had survival as justification, instead of a situation where things could have worked out differently. Rick may not ever believe things could have worked out with the Saviors and it was out of character for Negan to buy the speech, but it has to at least plant the tiniest suggestion in the reader that coexistence was a small possibility, not amicable but possible. It would be interesting if Kirkman flipped the personalities and dynamic of the group of Survivors a bit. A main character death other than Negan's in #126 would have impact but not half as much as them turning against each other at some point off in the distance. Take any one of the main Survivors and pit them against one of the others after all this time and some of the dust has settled, that would be an unforgiving read, maybe one more dark place to go?

I could easily see Rick v. Maggie (and her new main squeeze, the blacksmith Earl Sutton) down the road.
