OT - weight loss update....

hmmm, this sounds a lot more efficient than my attempts at weight loss, which generally involve eating a brownie and a bag of doritos 2 hours after lunch, feeling guilty and then spending 20 minutes on the eliptical trainer at the gym followed by 10 minutes of weight lifting, burning about 200 of the 1000 calories I packed on with my mid-afternoon snack.

I am sure you're doctor/surgeon is in the loop monitoring your progress???, (I hope)...

 

I have heard that weight loss of this magnitude, this quickly,

needs to be watched closely by a medical professional to avoid complications.

 

 

Your success is amazing and I want you to be the board's biggest weight loser,

while being safe and not facing any unfortunate set backs.
