I have purchased several 35 cent variants from JC, but they were through ebay. They were also very nice grade.

 

HTD Wackos :makepoint: I have been asking for variants since Howard was still in an egg.

 

Harry, you are just trapped in a world you never made.

How are you getting such large lots? Are you cleaning out fellow price variant collectors who are getting out of the hunt? Or are you finding copies from some OOs who snagged all these off the stands?

I search alot :frustrated:

 

I find one, then ask about others :idea:

 

I do not cherrypick :sumo:

 

I try to buy them all (saves shipping) :takeit:

 

I live in a distribution area so I search all viable venues :whee:

 

My WTB thread is a huge success (keeping me near broke constantly) :cloud9:

 

I thought I would not be upgrading, but have been :o

 

I have several friends that are helping me find books :banana:

Dude..... nice haul. Amazing that finds like this are still out there. Talk to you soon. I did get an FF 306 in a lot this week but it is really fugly.

and to be clear, I got these from a collector that knew what they were, just not a price variant collector, The one ASM 155, I got off ebay--advertised as a variant.

 

contrary to the viscious rumors, I am not stealing these from Reggie's or anyone elses granny.

 

(I did get a bunch from Reggies granny though)

These books came in the mail today. I am very happy. There were also four books with Dave Stevens covers in the package (not pictured)
