Just want to add a piece of information for potential voters. Some people may say "What is the big deal, they both got reimbursed?" Well they got lucky they used their credit cards. Paypal maximum buyer protection is generally $2,000, both transactions were substantially higher than that. Had they funded it from their balance or Bank account, there is a chance Paypal would have capped the refund.
