I’ve been fortunate to have owned a 9.0, a 9.2 (still the nicest copy I have ever seen, and I think Barton would agree) and one of the 9.4 copies of this book

I do agree about that 9.2. I think CGC usually does a very solid job with their grading. But that book has a minuscule water mark that could only be seen from a certain angle under a really bright light. Yet books with tanning you can see from 3 feet away can grade higher? I will never understand that.
