My former top copy was one that turned up at a comic show and that I later submitted.  The raw copy I still own is next to it, and is an example with just a bit of wear that keeps it out of being slab-worthy, but that has great eye appeal.

Issues 86 and 93 are the DDs with black picture frames that have been especially tough to find in NM+ or better shape, and tend to be more expensive than the rest.  But the cover art on the 91 is sweet.

Seeing all these great DD covers makes me wonder if it was the artist or the colorist who decided what color the frame should be on all these PF books. I'd guess it was the colorist but really don't know.

Whoever it was, I wish some of the white or yellow-framed covers had black or blue frames instead. Some of white or yellow covers are fine. But the darker frames always look better to me.
