Very cool (as usual) pick up! 

The "blue Galactus" is blue in all the 1st prints (that I'm aware of). It's only in the 2nd print that he's colored regular (and the Comicfest reprint).

That looks like a lot of value for $180.  Maybe next time you will be the one handing over the additional $20 bill?

I checked and it’s a first printing. I’ve owned a couple before and sold them off years ago. Seems like a book to hold onto now

It only looks like 6 or 7 pages of sleeves so maybe? Idk if it was "in color", as I see some color, but idk
