That would be about the price, I would think, for a copy of that book slabbing in the 9.0 to 9.2 range.

 

G.I. Combat #87 is a kick-[embarrassing lack of self control] book.

I have seen a CGC 9.6 Showcase 60 (I1st Silver Age Spectre) on the link just sell for 1600, si i think i should be able to get my 9.4 copy for less than 1K. If anyone has one for sale, pm me now.
