Comic Dealers have to interact with varied (and sometimes difficult) personalities in their business - it just goes with the territory.

 

But my gosh, what type of Dealer sends an email to a customer and says he'll be throwing his weight around to sabotage your efforts to complete a grail collection?

 

Ask yourself - what type of person does that?

 

Unfortunately, many of us who have been around long enough (or have had "the experience") know the answer all too well.

Of course, there's the flip side. The dealer is browbeaten, harassed, lowballed etc etc by some of the fine, fine citizens of the hobby..... then, as soon as said dealer has had enough and responds in kind, as human beings are wont to do, the instigator cries foul, usually in a public setting.
