They all have a couple of clearly printing defects as you will see by the second E in the logo. There is generally another similar mark just below the logo in the same area. I think that’s likely what’s holding them back from 9.8. I have other copies from elsewhere that do not have this phenomenon. The structure of these and the page quality are exceptional.
