Fortunately, I was able to convince them of the absurdity of their position, and help them to use better judgment.

Thus, I am now the proud owner of THE ONLY 500-PIECE, ALL-CREEPY-COVER JIGSAW PUZZLE IN THE WORLD!!!

It's printed large enough and the resolution is good enough that you can read most of the writing on the covers, although some of the finer print is a little hard to see.

Awesome!

And this finishes off my 1984 run.  My 1994 run is still about 12 issues shy of complete, though :kidaround:

I just noticed yesterday that this cover shares the art with Warren Presents #12 (the way I number them, anyway)--"Empire Encounters Comix"--except that on the 1984 cover, the pilot has a sunroof.

Edited to add comparison pic.

You are absolutely correct, but neither of the online sources I use... the Grand Comics Database or the Warren Magazines Index... seem to be aware of the fact.  Although I just spent the 30 seconds needed to add the change to the GCD, so we'll see how long it takes to get approved.

Today I learned finding an Eerie #51 with the posters intact will be a pain.

It took me a couple of tries too.  The first one I had even inquired about the poster being intact before I purchased it, and the seller assured me it was.  When I received it, the poster was included, but not "intact" (it was detached).  I wrote the seller and he said someone in the warehouse must have thought I was just asking if it was included, rather than intact, but he had no problems with me returning it.

And then the next one I found was intact.
